ADVISORY SERVICES FOR FISHERY PRODUCTS IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION (INFOFISH)
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that with the Presidential Decree No. 31 of 1987 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has been the Party on the Agreement for the Establishment of the Intergovernmental Organization for Marketing Information and Technical Advisory Services for Fishery Products in the Asia Pacific Region (INFOFISH);
B. that the membership of the INFOFISH on the letter a requires the Indonesian Government to pay a contribution that it turns out to have dampened the State Budget;
c. that under consideration as such in the letter b, it is deemed necessary to revoke the Presidential Decree No. 31 of 1987 on the Concern of the Agreement for the Establishment of the Intergovernmental Organization for Marketing Information and Technical Advisory Services for Fishery Products in the Asia Pacific Region (INFOFISH);
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette State Number 4012);
3. Presidential Decree Number 64 Year 1999 on Indonesian Membership and Contribution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on International Organizations;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE REVOCATION OF THE PRESIDENT' S 1987 PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE AGREEMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INTER-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION FOR MARKETING INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICES FOR FISHERY PRODUCTS IN THE ASIA PACIFIC REGION (INFOFISH).
Section 1
Revoked the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 31 of 1987 on the Unrest Agreement for the Establishment of the Intergovernmental Organization for Marketing Information and Technical Advisory Services for Fishery Products in the Asia Pacific Region (INFOFISH).
Section 2
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
