PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Vienna, Austria, on 20 September 1994 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Convention on Nuclear Safety, as a result of the 28th General Assembly of the International Atomic Energy Agency;
., b. that in connection with that, it is seen to be necessary to validate the Convention with the Presidential Decree;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette Number 4012);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF THE CONVENTION ON NUCLEAR SAFETY (THE CONVENTION ON NUCLEAR SAFETY).
Section 1
The Convention on Nuclear Safety, which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed in Vienna, Austria, on 20 September 1994, as the result of the 28th General Assembly of the International Atomic Energy Agency, whose copy of the original manuscript is in English and translated in Indonesian as attached to this President's Decision.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the translation of the Convention in Indonesian with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in the language of the original text in English. English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
