Back of the INDONESIAN PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBER 132 in 2001 ABOUT FOOD SECURITY COUNCIL PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that, to realize the goal of national food security Act No. 7 of 1996 on Food, viewed the need to establish Food Security Council by Presidential Decree;

DECIDED:.,, set: the DECISION of the PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL of food security.
CHAPTER I establishment, tasks, and ORGANIZATION of the first section establishment and Tasks article 1.,, (1) formed the Council of food security, the next in this Presidential Decision referred to the Council. (2) the Board is non structural led by a Chairperson.

Article 2 the Council has the task of assisting the President in:.,, a. formulate policies in the field of national food security, which includes aspects of availability, distribution, and consumption as well as quality, nutrition, and food security;
.,, b. carry out the evaluation and control of the establishment of a national food security.
The second part of the order of Organization of article 3 (1) of the order of the Organization's Board consists of:.,, a. Chair b. Daily c. Members Chairman::: President of Indonesia;

Minister Of Agriculture;

1. the Minister of the Interior;

2. the Minister of defence;

3. the Secretary of the Treasury;

4. The Minister of industry and trade;

5. Minister of forestry;

6. Minister of marine and Fisheries;

7. Minister of transportation;

8. Minister of Settlement and infrastructures of the region;

9. The Minister of health;

10. Minister of Social Affairs;

11. State Minister of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises;., 12. State Minister Of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency Head; 13. The Heads of State logistics;

14. The head of the food and drug Supervisory Agency; d. the Secretary and members: the head of the Agency's guidance of Bulk food security, the Department of agriculture.
.,, (2) For smooth execution of his duties, the Chairman of the Council can invite the Minister or certain officials or other elements related to be present in the meeting or meetings of the Council, and mengikutsertakannya in the establishment of the national food security efforts.
The third section of the Secretariat of the article 4 (1) in the exercise of duties, the Board is assisted by the Secretariat of the Council.

Article 5 the Secretariat of the Council has the task of providing technical and administrative services to the Board.

Part four working groups article 6.,, (1) When deemed necessary, to support the implementation of the tasks of the Board, the Chairman may establish working groups composed of experts and officials related to the Organization of the establishment of food security.
.,, (2) the provisions on arrangement of membership, details of the tasks, and the work of the Working Group established by the Chairman.
CHAPTER II the PROVINCIAL FOOD SECURITY COUNCIL Chapter 7.,, (1) To seek the realization of Provincial food security as part of national food security, local governments may establish Provincial Council Provincial food security, which is chaired by the Governor. (2) Provincial food security Board has the task of assisting the Governor in:.,,.,, a. formulate policies in the areas of food security, which includes aspects of availability, distribution, and consumption as well as quality, nutrition, and food security;
.,, b. carry out the evaluation and control of the establishment of provincial food security.
Article 8 composition of the Organization, membership, and the work of the Board of the provincial food security established by the Provincial Food Security Council Chairman.

CHAPTER III FOOD SECURITY COUNCIL district/city article 9.,, (1) for the attainment of food security pursues the Kabupaten/Kota as part of national food security, local government district/city can mem-bentuk Food Security Council district/city, chaired by Regent/Mayor.
.,, (2) Food Security Council district/city has the task of helping to Bupati/Walikota in:.,,.,, a. formulate policies in the field of food security district/municipality, which includes aspects of availability, distribution, and consumption as well as quality, nutrition, and food security;
.,, b. carry out the evaluation and control of the establishment of food security district/city.
Article 10 composition of the Organization, membership, and the work of the Council of Regency/city food security established by the Chairman of the Board of the food security district/city.

CHAPTER IV the LAYOUT WORK, article 11 (1), the Council held a plenary meeting, led by Chairman to discuss the report on the implementation of the tasks of the Board, regularly at least 2 (two) times a year and/or at any time as needed.
.,, (2) to smooth the implementation of the tasks of the Board, the Chairman convened meeting regularly at least 3 (three) times in a year and/or at any time as needed.
.,, (3) any unit of organization in the Environment Council in carrying out its task of applying the principle of mandatory coordination, synchronization and integration, both at their respective environments as well as between units of organization within and outside the Council.
Chapter V article 12., FINANCING, (1) the fee that is required for the execution of the duties charged to the budget of the Ministry of agriculture.
.,, (2) costs that are necessary for the implementation of the provincial Food Security Council charged to income and Expenditure budget of the provincial Area.
.,, (3) the costs necessary for the implementation of the Food Security Council district/city charged to income and Expenditure Budget of the regional district/city.
CHAPTER VI CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 13 further Provisions necessary for the implementation of the presidential decree is regulated by the Chairman.

Article 14 with the enactment of presidential decree, Presidential Decree Number 41 in 2001 about Bulk Food Security Guidance Council stated does not apply.

Article 15 this presidential decree took effect on the date set.
