BAB V
THE FINANCING

Section 12
.,, (1) The costs required for the implementation of the Council ' s duties are charged to the budget of the Department of Agriculture.
.,, (2) The fees required for the implementation of the Propinsi Food Custody Council ' s duties are charged to the Propinsi Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.
.,, (3) The costs required for the execution of the Regency/City Food Detainees Council duties are charged to the District/City Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.

BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 13
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are governed by the Chairman of the Daily.

Section 14
With the enactment of this Presidential Decree, then the Presidential Decree No. 41 of 2001 on the Mass Guidance Board of Food Resilience is declared not to apply.

Section 15
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.

BAB I
THE ESTABLISHMENT, TASK, AND ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

The First Part
Formation and Tasting

Section 1
.,, (1) Shaping the Food Resilience Council, which is next in the Presidential Decree this is called the Council.
(2) The Council is a non-structural institution headed by a Chairman.

Section 2
The board has the task of assisting the President in:
., a., a. Formulate a policy in the field of national food security, which includes aspects of availability, distribution and consumption and quality, nutrition, and food security;
., b. Carrying out the evaluation and control of national food security protection.

The Third Part
Secretariat

Section 4
(1) In carrying out the duties, the Board is assisted by the Council Secretariat.
., (2) The Council Secretariat of the ex-officio is exercised by the Mass Sustainability Guidance Agency which is a structural work unit in the Department of Agriculture ' s environment.
.,, (3) The Council Secretariat is headed by a Secretary who in carrying out its duties is responsible to the Chairman of the Board through the Chairman of the Board ' s Daily Council.

Section 5
The Council Secretariat has the task of providing technical and administrative services to the Council.

The Fourth Part
The Working Group

Section 6
.,, (1) If seen as necessary, to support the implementation of the Council duties, the Daily Chairman can form a Working Group consisting of expert power and officials related to the hosting of food security services.
.,, (2) Further provisions regarding the membership arrangement, task details, and the Working Group ' s work are set forth by the Daily Chairman.

BAB II
THE PROPINSI FOOD RESILIENCE COUNCIL

Section 7
.,, (1) To seek the form of Propinsi food resistance as part of national food security, the Province of Propinsi can form the Propinsi Food Detainees Council, chaired by the Governor.
(2) The Propinsi Food Detainees Council has the duty of assisting the Governor in:

., a., a. formulating policies in the field of propinsion food resistance, which includes aspects of availability, distribution and consumption as well as quality, nutrition, and food security;
., b. carrying out the evaluation and control of the development of propinsi food resistance.

Section 8
The organization, membership arrangement, and the work governance of the Propinsi Food Board are set by the Chair of the Propinsi Food Detainees Council.

BAB III
THE KABUPATEN/CITY FOOD RESISTANCE BOARD

Section 9
.,, (1) To seek the form of the Regency/City food resistance as part of national food resistance, the District/City Local Government can form the District/City Food Detainees Council, chaired by the Regent/Mayor.
.,, (2) The District ' s Municipal Food Detention Council/City has a duty of assisting the Regent/Mayor in:

., a., a. Formulate a policy in the field/City food resistance, which includes aspects of availability, distribution and consumption and quality, nutrition, and food security;
., b. Carry out the evaluation and control of the District/City food resistance management.

Section 10
The organization, membership arrangement, and governance of the Municipal/City Food Detainees Council is set by the Chairman of the District/City Food Board of Prisers.

BAB IV
WORK LAYOUT

Section 11
., (1) The Council holds a plenary meeting led directly by the Speaker to discuss the report on the execution of the Council, periodically at least 2 (two) times a year and/or at any time as necessary.
.,, (2) For the agility of the execution of the Council task, the Daily Speaker holds a periodic meeting of at least 3 (three) times a year and/or at any time as necessary.
