DECIDED:
.,, SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON TARIFFS ON THE TYPE OF ADMISSION OF THE STATE INSTEAD OF THE TAXES APPLICABLE TO THE NATIONAL NUCLEAR POWER AGENCY.
Section 1
Tariffs on types of State Reception Not Tax applicable to the National Nuclear Power Agency as referred to in Appendix IIB of figures (4) on Government Regulation No. 22 of 1997 on Types and Reception of State Reception Is Not Tax as amended with Government Regulation Number 52 of 1998 is as set forth in this Government Regulation Attachment.
Section 2
The type of State Acceptance Not a Tax as referred to in Article 1 has a tariff in the form of a rupiah unit.
Section 3
All State Reception Not the Tax as referred to in Article 1 is mandatory directly directly to the State Kas.
Section 4
The tariffs on the type of State Reception Not the Tax that is not included in this Government Regulation Attachment shall be proposed as an inseparable part of this Government Regulation Attachment and its inclusion is carried out with the Regulation. Its own government.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall be in effect from the date of promulgations.

In accordance with this and to comply with the provisions of Law No. 20 of 1997 on Reception of the State Not Tax needs to be set on tariffs on the type of State Reception Not the Tax applicable to the National Nuclear Power Agency with This government rules.
