THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT ' S 2000 PRESIDENTIAL DECISION ON THE POSITION,
THE TASK, FUNCTION, AUTHORITY, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, AND AGENCY WORKSPACE
THE NON-DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT AS AMENDED
WITH THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION NUMBER 173 2000' S
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to support the establishment of a government administration, it is viewed as necessary to fine-tune the Presidential Decree No. 166 of 2000 on the position, duties, functions, authority, organizational arrangements, and the order of work. Non-Department Government Institution as amended by Presidential Decree No. 173 of 2000;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 22 Year 1999 on Regional Governance (State Sheet 1999 Number 60, Additional Gazette State Number 3839);
3. Government Regulation Number 25 Year 2000 on Government Authority and Authority of Propinsi as an Autonomous Region (State Gazette 2000 Number 54, Additional Gazette Number of State 3952);
4. Presidential Decree Number 166 on the position, duty, function, authority, organizational structure and work order of the non-department government agencies, as amended by Presidential Decree Number 173 of 2000;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2000 PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON THE POSITION, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AUTHORITY, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, AND EMPLOYMENT OF THE NON-DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AS AMENDED BY THE DECISION. PRESIDENT NUMBER 173 IN 2000.
Section 1
Some of the provisions of the Presidential Decree No. 166 of 2000 on the Position, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Arrangements, and the Working Governance of the Non-Department Government, as amended by the Presidential Decree Number 173 of 2000, changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 3 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:
" Article 3
LPND consists of:
a. State Administration Agency is abbreviated as LAN;
B. National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI);
C. The State Board of State (BKN) or BKN;
D. The National Library of the Republic of Indonesia is abbreviated PERPUSNAS;
e. The National Development Planning Agency is abbreviated BAPPENAS;
f. Environmental Impact Control Agency (BAPEDAL);
G. The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS);
h. National Standardization Agency (BSN);
i. The Nuclear Power Supervising Agency is abbreviated as BAPETEN;
J. The National Nuclear Power Agency is abbreviated as BATAN;
No, State Intelligence Agency abbreviated BIN;
I. State Password Agency (LEMSANEG);
M. The Logistics Business Agency is abbreviated BULOG;
N. The National Planning Family ' s Coordinating Body is abbreviated as BKKBN;
O. National Space Flight Agency is abbreviated as LAPAN;
p. The National Monitoring and Mapping Board of National Mapping (BAKOSURTANAL);
Q. Financial and Development Oversight Board (BPKP);
R. Cooperative Resource Development Agency and Small and Medium Entrepreneurs abbreviated BPS-KPKM;
It's The Indonesian Institute of Sciences is abbreviated LIPI;
No. BPPT Board of Research and Technology (BPPT);
u. The Capital Planting Coordination Body is abbreviated as BKPM;
v. National Pertanahan Agency of abbreviated BPN;
W. National Quarantine Agency abbreviated BARANTIN;
x. The Food and Drug Administration is abbreviated as BPOM;
y. The National Information Institute is abbreviated LIN. "
2. In between Section 75 and Section 76 are inserted 1 (one) the new Part Twenty-Six, which consists of 3 (three) Articles of Article 75 A. 1, Section 75 A. 2, and Article 75 A. 3, which reads as follows:

National Information Institute
Section 75 A. 1
LIN has the task of carrying out governance duties in the field of national information policy in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 75 A. 2
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 75 A. 1, LIN organizes a function:
a. the study and drafting of national policy in the field of national information;
B. the study and development of information systems in the holding of governance;
c. Flow the flow of information between the agencies in the holding of the government;
D. Hosting and administrative services in the fields of general planning, entrepreneurship, organization and governance, employment, finance, arcency, persandian, equipment, and household.
Section 75 A. 3
In hosting functions as referred to in Article 75 A. 2, LIN has the authority:
a. the drafting of a national plan macro in its field;
B. the formulation of the policy in its field to support the development of a macro;
c. provision of information about services and rules issued by the government and other state agencies;
D. other authority that is attached and has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. "
e. The provisions of Article 101 of the paragraph (1) are changed, thus the whole reads as follows:
" Article 101
(1) In carrying out its duties, each LPND is coordinated by the Minister, which includes:
a. Minister of Economic Co-ordinator for BPS, BAPPENAS, BKPM, BULOG, and BARANTIN;
B. Coordinating Minister for Political, Social, and Security Affairs for LEMSANEG and LIN;
C. Minister of the Interior and Regional Autonomy for BPN;
D. Minister of Health and Social Welfare for BPOM;
e. National Education Minister for PERPUSNAS;
f. Minister of State of the State of Personnel for LAN, BKN, BPKP, and ANRI;
G. Environment Minister of the Environment for BAPEDAL;
h. Minister of State for Research and Technology for LIPI, LAPAN, BPPT, REPENTANCE, BAPETEN, BAKOSURTANAL, and BSN;
i. Minister of State for Women ' s Empowerment for BKKBN; and
J. Minister of State Cooperative and UKM for BPS-KPKM. "
4. Among the Articles of 110 and Article 111 is inserted 1 (one) Article of Article 110 A, which reads as follows:
" Article 110 A
By means of this Presidential Decree, all assets and personnel of the Information Department as well as the Technical Managing Unit are transferred to LIN. "
Section II
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
