.,, In a draw: that Veteran improvement as set out in Government Regulation No. 34 of 1985 is viewed as being unsuitable to the development of the state, so it needs to be refined;
.,, Given: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Constitution Number 7 of 1967 on Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia (1967 State Sheet Number 17, Additional Gazette Number 2826);
., 3. Government Regulation No. 38 of 1958 on the Registry of Filtering And Recognition Of Veterans Independence Of The Republic Of Indonesia (state Gazette 1958 Number 65, Additional Gazette Number Of 1609);
., 4. Government Regulation No. 34 of 1985 on Veterans ' Allowance to Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia (State Sheet Year 1985 Number 49);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 34 OF 1985 ABOUT AWARDING VETERANS BENEFITS TO VETERANS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Section 1
Some provisions in the Government Regulation No. 34 of 1985 on Veterans ' Allowance to the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia are changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 4 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

.,, (1) Veteran improvement is given to the Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia Independence Fighters as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (2) for:

., a., a. Group A of Rp526,000,-(five hundred and twenty-six thousand rupiah) a month;
., b. Group B of Rp513,000,-(five hundred thirteen thousand rupiah) a month;
., c. Group C of Rp492,000,-(four hundred ninety-two thousand rupiah) a month;
., d. Group D amounted to Rp480,000,-(four hundred and eighty thousand rupiah) a month;
., e. Group E of Rp470,000,-(four hundred seventy thousand rupiah) a month.
.,, (2) To the Veterans of the Independence Defenders of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 3 of the verse (2) is given the Veterans ' Allowance of Rp470,000,-(four hundred seventy thousand rupiah) a month.
.,, (3) To the Veterans who suffer the number of bodies and/or memory cacads as referred to in Article 2 of the letter b and the letter c is given the additional cacad allowance according to the provisions applicable to the National Army's Purnawirawan Army. Indonesia/State Police of the Republic of Indonesia which is cacad. "
2. The provisions of Article 5 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

.,, (1) The improvement of the Widows/Duda Veteran given to the Widows/Duda Veterans of the Independence Fighters of the Republic of Indonesia:

., a., a. Group A of Rp478,000,-(four hundred and seventy-eight thousand rupiah) a month;
., b. Group B of Rp456,000,-(four hundred and fifty-six thousand rupiah) a month;
., c. Group C of Rp436,000,-(four hundred and thirty-six thousand rupiah) a month;
., d. Group D of Rp416,000,-(four hundred sixteen thousand rupiah) a month;
., e. Group E of Rp396,000,-(three hundred ninety-six thousand rupiah) a month.
.,, (2) The improvement of the Widows/Veteran Duda Veteran Defender of the Independence Defenders of the Republic of Indonesia is as big as Rp396,000,-(three hundred ninety-six thousand rupiah) a month. "

This Government Regulation is effective on the promulgated date and has receded power since 1 January 2001.
