PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,,, weighed: that in order to improve and develop Indonesian human resources in the field of higher education in general and the communities of East Java and its surroundings in particular, it is seen to need to establish a Presidential Decision. about the Establishment of the University of Trunodjoyo Madura;

., 3. Government Regulation Number 60 Of 1999 On Higher Education (State Sheet 1999 Number 115, Additional Gazette State Number 3859);
DECIDED:
., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE FOUNDING OF TRUNODJOYO MADURA UNIVERSITY.
Section 1
(1) Established Trunodjoyo Madura University Madura.
., (2) The University of Trunodjoyo Madura is a college in the environment of the Department of National Education.
Section 2
.,, (1) Asset Management and resource management of the Kyai Lemah Dhuwur MKGR Education Foundation to the Government in order to establish the University of Trunodjoyo Madura carried out by the Minister of National Education, the leadership of the associated agencies and The Weak Kyai Education Foundation Dhuwur MKGR.
.,, (2) The implementation of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) exercised gradually starting the Year of the Budget 2001, with regard to the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 3
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are governed by the Minister of National Education in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
Section 4
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
