OF THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE (ILO NO. 88 CONVENTION CONCERNING
WORKFORCE PLACEMENT SERVICES INSTITUTE)
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that as the result of the thirty-one International Employment Conference in San Francisco, United States, on June 17, 1948, the ILO Convention was approved by ILO Convention No. 88 concerning the Organization of the Employment Service (ILO Convention No. 88). about the Workforce Building Service Institution);
B. that in connection with that, it is seen to be necessary to validate the Convention with the Presidential Decree;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette State Number 4012);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF THE ILO CONVENTION NO. 88 CONCERNING THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE (THE ILO NO. 88 CONVENTION ON THE INSTITUTION OF THE WORKFORCE PLACEMENT SERVICES).
Section 1
Authorized ILO Convention No. 88 concerning the Organization of the Employment Service, which had been approved in San Francisco, United States, on June 17, 1948 as an ILO Convention, a United States Department of the Employment Service. The results of the thirteenth International Employment Conference, whose copy of the original manuscript is in English and translated into Indonesian as attached to this Presidential Decree.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the translation of the Convention in Indonesian with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in the language of the original text in English. English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
