PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2001 DECISION ON THE ORGANIZATION UNIT AND THE DUTIES OF THE ESELON I DEPARTMENT.

Section 1
Some provisions in the Presidential Decree No. 109 of 2001 on the Organization Unit and the Task Eselon I Department, are changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 22 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

The Department of Transportation consists of:
a. General Secretariat;
B. Directorate General of Land Relations;
C. Directorate General of Marine Relations;
D. Directorate General of Air Relations;
e. Directorate General of Post and Telecommunications;
f. Inspectorate General;
G. National Search And Rescue Agency;
h. The Agency for Research and Development of Transportation;
i. Agency Education and Training Agency;
J. Expert Staff of the Environment and Energy (s);
No, Expert Staff of Technology and Perrelation Affairs;
I. Expert Staff of Human Resources and Transportation Safety;
M. Expert staff of the Relationship Partnership;
N. Expert Staff of the Economic Field of Transportation. "

2. The provisions of Article 23 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

., (1) The General Secretariat has the task of carrying out the coordination of the execution of tasks as well as the coaching and granting of the Department administration support.
., (2) The Directorate General of Land Relations has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the field of land relations.
., (3) The Directorate General of Marine Relations has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and technical standardization in the field of marine relations.
.,, (4) The Directorate General of Air Relations has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and standardization of technical in the field of air relations.
