PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE MONEY OF HONOR FOR AN AD HOC JUDGE.

Section 1
In this Presidential Decree, Judge Ad Hoc is a person appointed from a career judge who meets professional, dedicated, and well-integrity requirements, rewarding the ideals of the state of law and welfare state. that is to provide justice to examine and resolve matters/disputes, violation of human rights, and other matters defined by law.

Section 2
(1) To Judge Ad Hoc given the honorary money.
.,, (2) the honor of respect as referred to in paragraph (1) includes income tax in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws.

Section 3
The magnitude of the honor money for Judge Ad Hoc is as set forth in this Presidential Decision Annex.

Section 4
The Honorary Money for Judge Ad Hoc who deals with human rights matters is given the beginning of the month concerned with the matter.

Section 5
.,, (1) In the case of Judge Ad Hoc housed a residence outside the jurisdiction of the court that prosecuting matters that require the Judge concerned to hold a service trip, given the cost of transportation and accommodation.
(2) The cost of transportation and accommodation as referred to in verse (1) is in accordance with the terms applicable to the travel of the Civil Service of the Civil Service of Group IV.

Section 6
The Ad Hoc Judge who has been appointed and performed the task of handling the matter before the enactment of this Presidential Decree, is given the Honorary Money in accordance with this Presidential Decree.

Section 7
The Assembly of Judges and Panitera/Panitera, which passed the case on the Court of Human Rights Ad Hoc and the Court of Niaga were given the operational costs of the completion of the case by the Minister of Finance for the Minister's proposal. Justice and Human Rights.

Section 8
The technical provisions of the President's Decision, are further governed by the Minister of Justice and the Human Rights and the Finance Minister, both together and individually as per their respective fields of duty.

Section 9
