PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that the financial rights of the Chairman, the Vice Chairman, and the Members of the State Organizing Wealth Commission are executed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws;
., b. that prior to and up to the terms of the appropriate laws referred to in the letter a as well as in order to increase the effectiveness of the task of duty to the Chairman, the Vice Chairman, and the Members of the Commission need to is given an honorary degree of honorarium and Assignment Communications;
., c., that in connection with the above, it is considered necessary to establish the Presidential Decree on the Revenue of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Organizing Wealth of the State and Gaji as well as the Improvement Of The Office For Civil Servants in the Environment of the Secretariat General of the State Organizing Wealth Commission;

., 4. The decision of President Number 127 of 1999 on the Establishment of the State Organizing Wealth Commission and the Secretariat General of the State Organizing Wealth Commission;
DECIDED:
.,, ESTABLISH: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE EARNINGS OF THE CHAIRMAN, THE VICE CHAIRMAN, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE WEALTH INSPECTOR COMMISSION OF THE STATE ORGANIZER AND SALARY AS WELL AS THE ALLOWANCE OF OFFICE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE ENVIRONMENT SECRETARIAT GENERAL COMMISSION OF WEALTH EXAMINERS ORGANIZER OF THE STATE.
Section 1
Prior to and up to, the applicable laws regarding the financial rights of the State Organizing Wealth Commission, to the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Members of the State Organizing Wealth Commission are given Each month's revenue is an honorarium and the Task Implementation Communication Allowance.
Section 2
The magnitude of the honorarium as referred to in Article 1 is as follows:
., 1. The Chairman and Vice Chairman amounted to Rp14,375,000.00 (fourteen million three hundred seventy five thousand rupiah);
2. Members amounting to Rp12,500.000.00 (twelve million five hundred thousand rupiah).
Section 3
The Magnitude of the Task Implementation Communication Allowance as referred to in Section 1 is as follows:
., 1. The Chairman and Vice Chairman amounted to Rp2,540.000.00 (two million five hundred forty thousand rupiah);
2. Members of Rp2.210,000.00 (two million two hundred ten thousand rupiah).
Section 4
.,, (1) The Organization of the Secretariat General of the State Organizing Wealth Commission is a state office.
.,, (2) Public servants in the Secretariat General of the State Organizing Wealth Commission are granted salaries in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
.,, (3) Public servants in the environment of the Sekeretariat General of the State Organizing Wealth Commission are granted the following office benefits as follows:
., a., a. Secretary General of the eselon structural support allowance;
B. Bureau chief the size of the eselon structural office allowance;
C. Head of the Section of the eselon structural allowance of the eselon office;
D. Subportion head of the eselon IVa structural position allowance,
whose implementation is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Decree governed by the Minister of Finance and the Head of the State Board of the Union both jointly and individually in accordance with the respective fields of their duties.
Section 6
With the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the Presidential Decree No. 34 of 2001 on the Honorarium for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Organizing Wealth Commission of the State and Gaji and the Improvement Office for the Civil Servants in the United States. Environment Secretariat General of the State Organizing Wealth Commission stated does not apply.
Section 7
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
