ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE GENERAL SECRETARIAT OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION
AS HAS BEEN AMENDED BY THE DECISION OF PRESIDENT NUMBER 81 Year 2000
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that independent and non-partisan Electoral Commission as referred to in Law Number 4 of the Year 2000 on the Change of Law Number 3 of 1999 on the General Election has been set up with Presidential Decree Number 70 2001;
., b. that to assist in the execution of the duties and authority of the General Election Commission in the preparation of the General Election, it needs to be formed by the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission in Propinsi, the County, and the City;
., c. that for such intent on the letter b, is seen needing to change the Presidential Decree No. 16 of 1999 on the Establishment of the General Election Commission and the Redemption of the Organization and the Public Secretariat of the General Election Commission as it has been was amended by Presidential Decree No. 81 of 2000, with the Presidential Decree;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1), Section 6A, Section 22C, Section 22E and Section 24C of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law No. 3 of 1999 on Elections as amended by Law No. 4 of the Year 2000 (State Sheet 2000 Number 71, Additional State Sheet Number 3959);

.,, ESTABLISH: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 1999 PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE GENERAL SECRETARIAT OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION AS AMENDED BY THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION WAS 81 IN 2000.
Section 1
Some provisions in Presidential Decree No. 16 of 1999 on the Establishment of the Election Commission and the Redemption of the Organization and the Working System Secretariat General Election Commission as amended by Presidential Decree Number 81 Year 2000, changed as follows:
., 1. Between Section 20 and Section 21 of the new section is Article 20 A, Section 20 B, Section 20 C, Section 20 D, and Section 20 E, all of which reads as follows:

" Article 20 A
In Propinsi, County, and the City is formed by the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission. "
" Article 20 B
Representatives of the General Secretariat of the Electoral Commission in Propinsi, County, and the City have the task of assisting the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission in providing the facilitation of the implementation of Elections in Propinsi, County, and City. "
" Section 20 C
.,, (1) Representative of the General Secretariat of the Election Commission as referred to in Article 20 A, led by the Secretary who is under the General Secretary of the General Election Commission.
.,, (2) Representative of the General Secretariat of the Election Commission in Propinsi, delivered a report of accountability to the General Secretary of the Election Commission and the Governor.
.,, (3) Representative of the General Secretariat of the Election Commission in County or City addresses the accountability report to the General Secretary of the Election Commission and the Regent/Mayor. "

.,, (1) The formation of the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission is set by the Minister of the Interior on the proposal of the General Secretary of the General Election Commission after obtaining written consent from the Minister in charge of the field The State of Aparatur.
.,, (2) The removal and dismissal of the Secretary of the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission in the Propinsi is set forth by the Minister of the Interior and other Officials is assigned by the Governor on behalf of the Minister of the Interior of the Civil Servlet of the Interior who are qualified for the competency of a position and experience in the field of General Election.
.,, (3) The ranking and dismissal of the Secretary of the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission in District/City and other Officials is assigned by the Governor on behalf of the Minister of the Interior of the Civil Servlet who qualified the competency post and experienced in the field of Elections. 2. The provisions of Article 22 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

The post in the General Secretariat environment as referred to in Article 14, Article 18, Article 19, and Article 20 D is the structural position with the following echelons:

B. The Deputy General Secretary is the office of eselon I. b;
., c. Head of the Bureau and Representative Secretary of the General Secretariat of the Election Commission in Propinsi is the office of eselon II.a;
D. Deputy Head of the Bureau is the title of eselon II.b;
., e. Head of the Section and Representative Secretary of the General Secretariat of the General Election Commission in the County or the City is the rank of echelon III.a;
f. Subsections head is the office of eselon IV.a. "
., 3. Between the TRANSITION and the CLOSING provisions of the CLOSURE (CLOSING), the other provisions of LAIN-ANOTHER become BAB III A, consisting of 3 (three) new sections: Article 26 A, Section 26 B, and Article 26 C, thus all reads as follows:
