ABOUT THE WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COORDINATION TEAM
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to improve the task and function of the Water Sumpowerless Coordinating Team, it is viewed as necessary to make adjustments to the membership arrangement of the Water Sumpowerless Coordinating Team;
B. that in connection with this, it is necessary to establish the Presidential Decree on the Changes to the Presidential Decree Number 123 of 2001 on the Water Resource Management Coordinating Team;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945 as amended by the Fourth Amendment of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree Number 123 of 2001 on Team of the Water Resource Management Team;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2001 DECISION ON THE COORDINATION TEAM OF THE WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
Section 1
Changing the provisions of Article 5 of the Presidential Decree Number 123 of 2001 on the Water Resource Coordinating Team, so that the entirety of Article 5 reads as follows:

The membership arrangement of the Water Resource Coordination Team consists of:
