FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCE
THE AGRICULTURAL REED
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that the functional office allowance of Agriculture as specified in Presidential Decree No. 28 of 1989 on Allowance For Agriculture of Agriculture as amended by Presidential Decree Number 105 Years of age 2000, it is no longer in compliance with the development of circumstances, therefore it is seen to be necessary to reestablish with the Presidential Decree;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the Poes of Subjects (1974 State Gazette Number 55, Additional State Sheet Number 3041) as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 (Country Gazette 1999 Number 169, State Sheet Number 3890);
3. Government Regulation Number 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance (State Gazette 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette State Number 3098) as has been several times amended, last with Government Regulation Number 11 Year 2003 (State Sheet of 2003 Number 17);
4. Government Regulation No. 16 of 1994 on Functional Office Civil Servants (1994 State Gazette Number 22, Extra State Sheet Number 3547);
5. Government Regulation Number 9 of 2003 on the Authority Of Appointment, Displacement, and Dismissal Of Civil Servants (State Gazette 2003 Number 15, Additional Page Number 4263);
6. Presidential Decree Number 87 of 1999 on the Functional Functional Office Of Civil Servants;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCE OF AGRICULTURAL BRIBERY.
Section 1
In the Presidential Decree this is referred to as the Functional Office Allowance of Agriculture, which is to be referred to as the Agricultural Bribery Allowance is the functional office allowance given to the appointed civil servant. and fully deployed in the Functional Agricultural office in accordance with the applicable laws of law.
Section 2
To civil servants appointed and fully commissioned into the Functional Agriculture office is given the Agricultural Allowance each month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Agricultural Allowance as referred to in Article 2, is as set forth in this Presidential Decision Attachment.
Section 4
The Agricultural Bribery Allowance as referred to in Article 3, is given as starting in January 2003.
Section 5
The granting of the Agricultural Allowance is terminated if the Civil Service is referred to in Article 2, is appointed in a structural position or in another functional office or because of other things that result in the granting of alimony terminated in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Decree, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the respective fields of his duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of the Presidential Decree, the Presidential Decree No. 28 of 1989 on the Termination of the Agricultural Office as amended by Presidential Decree No. 105 of 2000, is stated to be not applicable.
Section 8
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
