THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT JIWASRAYA INSURANCE
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to further strengthen the Perseroan Company's application structure (PERSERO) PT Insurance Jiwasraya, it is deemed necessary to undertake the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Jiwasraya Insurance;
., b. that a portion of the revaluation (revaluation) of the company's fixed assets in 1999 may be designated as the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Insurance Jiwasraya;
.,, c. that the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State, needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT OF JIWASRAYA INSURANCE.
BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Jiwasraya Insurance established under Government Regulation No. 33 of 1972.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from a partial revaluation of the company's fixed assets, which was carried out in 1999.
.,, (2) The value of the inclusion of a State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is as large as Rp200.000.000.00 (two hundred billion rupiah).
Section 3
With the addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 2, the total number of State capital inclusion in the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Insurance Jiwasraya from the original Rp35,000.000.00 (thirty-five billion rupiah) increased to Rp235.000.000.00 (two hundred thirty-five billion rupiah).
BAB II
IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 4
The implementation of the inclusion of the inclusion of the State Capital on the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Insurance Jiwasraya as referred to in Article 1 is under Law No. 1 of 1995 with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1998 as amended with the Government Regulation No. 45 of 2001, and the Government Regulation No. 64 of 2001, as well as other applicable laws provisions.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Government Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and the State Minister of the State of the State, both together and individually, in accordance with the scope of the field of duty and authority. each
Section 6
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
