SHORT VISIT VISA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. That every foreigner who enters the territory of the Republic of Indonesia is required to have a visa, except for foreigners from certain countries who intend to make a visit to Indonesia based on benefits, mutual benefit. and do not inflict security interference in accordance with the provisions in the Law Number 9 of the Year 1992 concerning the Immigration;
B. that the exception of the obligation to have a visa as referred to in the letter a is determined by the Presidential Decree as mandated by Article 7 of the paragraph (1) of the letter of the Law Number 9 of 1992 on the Immigration;
c. that on the basis of consideration as referred to in the letter a and b, need to establish the President's Decision on the Free Free Visa Visa Free Visa;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 9 of 1992 on Immigration (State Sheet 1992 Number 33, Additional Gazette State Number 3474);
3. Government Regulation No. 32 of 1994 on Visa, Admission, And Immigration Permit (State Sheet Of 1994 Number 55, Additional State Sheet 3563);
4. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 Year 1983 on the Wisdom of the Sustainable Development as amended by the Presidential Decree No. 39 of 1986;

DECIDED:


Establish: the president ' s decision on visa-free short visit.

Section 1
In the Presidential Decree this is referred to:
1. Free Visa Free Visit is a non-Visa visit provided as an exception to the foreign nationals of certain countries who intend to make a visit to Indonesia in order of vacationing, cultural social visits, A visit and a government assignment.
2. The Minister is the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.
3. Immigration checkpoints are seaports, airports, or other places designated by the Minister as the entry and exit of the country of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. Visa Visiting On Arrival is Visa granted by Immigration Officials at the Immigration Examination at the time of arrival to a certain citizen of a certain citizen who intends to hold a visit to Indonesia who does not get The Free Visa-Free Visa Facility.

Section 2
(1) The Free Visit Visa Free (1) as referred to in Article 1 of the number 1 is provided solely for the benefit of a visit based on the benefit asas, mutual benefit, and does not pose a security disorder.
(2) The provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) may apply also to the foreign nationals of a particular country who perform bilateral or multilateral cooperation based on reciprocal or reciprocal principles with the Indonesian government.

Section 3
The foreign nationals of a particular country as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) are citizens of the country:
a. Thailand;
B. Malaysia;
C. Singapore;
D. Brunei Darussalam;
e. Phillipina;
f. Hongkong Special Administration Region (Hongkong SAR);
G. Macao Special Administration Region (Macao SAR);
h. Chile;
i. Morocco;
J. Turkey; and
No, Peru.

Section 4
The foreign nationals of the country as referred to in Article 3 can enter and exit the country's territory of the Republic of Indonesia through all of the Immigration Examination.

Section 5
A Short Visit Visa Free Visit as referred to in Section 2 may be provided within 30 (thirty) days with the provisions:
a. Cannot be extended from the expiration date, and
B. Cannot be alidstated into another immigration permit.

Section 6
Foreign nationals from other countries who do not get a Brief Visit Visa Free facility may be granted a Visiting Visa upon arrival in accordance with applicable laws.

Section 7
At the time of this Presidential Decree, the provisions set about the immigration of the Presidential Decree No. 15 of 1983 on the Wisdom of the Sustainable Development, as amended by the Presidential Decree Number 39. The year 1986 was declared not valid.

Section 8
All contracts that have been agreed upon and signed between the organizers of the Indonesian tour with the organizers of the foreign tour in order to align under the Presidential Decree Number 15 of 1983 before the enactment of this Presidential Decree, remain the longest lasting 6 (six) months since the enactment of this President ' s Decision.

Section 9
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
