CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE FIELD OF NATIONAL COMMITTEE
THE ORGANIZERS OF THE 9TH ASEAN HIGH LEVEL CONFERENCE
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that for the solubility and effectiveness of the implementation of daily tasks, in the membership of the National Committee of the Organizing ASEAN Summit to-9 need to be assigned the Chairperson and Vice Chairman of the Field;
B. that in respect of such and in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (2) of the Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2003 on the National Committee of the Organizing of the 9th ASEAN Summit, it is seen to establish a Presidential Decree on the President of the United Nations. Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Committee of National Panitia Organizing the 9th ASEAN Summit;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945 as amended by the Fourth Amendment of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2003 on the National Committee of Organizing ASEAN Summit To-9;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENTIAL DECISION ON THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE FIELD OF NATIONAL COMMITTEE ORGANIZERS OF THE 9TH ANNUAL ASEAN SUMMIT.
Section 1
Establishes the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Field in the National Committee of the Organizing ASEAN Summit to-9 as follows:
1. Field Matter Materials:
Chairman: Director General of Asia Pacific and African Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Vice Chairman: Director of Intra Cooperation of the Asia Pacific Region and Africa Directorate General of Asia Pacific and African Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Field Event and Trial:
Chairman: Director General of ASEAN Cooperation Department Foreign Affairs.
Vice Chairman: Director of Wicara Partners and InterRegions of the Directorate General of ASEAN Cooperation Department of Foreign Affairs.
3. Fields of Media and Humas:
Chairman: Director General of Information, Public Diplomacy and the International Covenant of the State Department.
Deputy Chairman: Head of the Administration Bureau of Ministers of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
4. Field of Safety:
Chairman: Military Secretary of the President.
Deputy Chairman I: Head of the State Police of the Republic of Bali Bali.
Vice Chairman II: Commander of Military Region IX Udayana.
5. Fields of Protocol and Consular:
Chairman: Director General of the Protocol and Consular/Head of the State Department of State Protocol.
Vice Chairman: Director of the Protocol Directorate General of Protocol and Consular Department of State.
6. The fields of accommodation and Logistics Support:
Chairman: General Chairman of the Indonesian Tourism Society.
Deputy Chairman: Secretary of the Minister of Culture and Tourism.
7. Field Administration and Finance:
Chairman: Director General of Budget Finance Department.
Vice Chairman: Head of the Bureau of State Secretariat of State.
Section 2
The task of each Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Fields as referred to in Article 1 is set by the Chairman of the National Committee of the Organizers of the ASEAN Summit To-9.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
