Section 4

BAB II
PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION PARTICIPANT AND VICE PRESIDENT

Section 5

BAB III
THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE

Section 7
Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia who on the day of voting are already 17 (seventeen) years or already/have ever married have the right to vote.

Section 8

Section 9
(1) The election of the President and the Vice President is organized by the KPU.

., k. establish the recapitulation results of the vote count and announce the results of the Presidential Election and Vice President;

Section 11
KPU is obligated:

Section 2
The election of the President and Vice President is exercised based on direct, public, free, secret, honest, and fair asas.

Section 28

Section 20

Section 38
In the forbidden campaign:

Section 39
(1) In the campaign, it is forbidden to involve:

D. Official BUMN/BUMD;
e. Structural and functional officials in the office of the country;
f. Village head or another designation.
.,, (2) Prohibition as referred to in paragraph (1) does not apply if the official becomes a candidate for President or a candidate for Vice President.
.,, (3) State officials who are candidates for President or prospective Vice President in carrying out the campaign must meet the provisions:
., a., a. not use the facilities associated with his post;

Section 40
State officials, structural and functional officials in the post of state, and village head or other designations are prohibited from making decisions and/or actions that benefit or harm one of the Candidate Partners during the campaign time period.

Section 41

The Second Part
Campaign Fund

Section 43
(1) The campaign funds can be obtained from:
