.,,, weighed: that with the restoration of the principal salary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces in effect from 1 January 2003 as referred to in the Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Gaji Rules of the Army National Indonesia as amended by Government Regulation No. 13 of 2003, it is seen to reestablish the Retirement of Full-time Full-time/Warakawuri or Duda, Allowance Orphans and Children of the Yatim-Piatu Member of the National Army Indonesia with Government Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE DESIGNATION OF RETIRED PRINCIPAL PENSION /WARAKAWURI OR DUDA, CHILD YATIM/ORPHANS ALLOWANCE AND YATIM-ORPHANS MEMBER OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY.
Section 1
Starting on 1 January 2003, the retirement of the principal Purnawirawan/Warakawuri or Duda, Allowance Orphans and Anak Yatim-Piatu Member of the Indonesian National Army specified/adjusted as referred to in Annex I, Annex II, Appendix III, and Annex IV of this Government Regulation.
Section 2
For Retired Cloud who received a pension due to a defect based on Law No. 2 of 1959 in addition to allowances as referred to in the Regulation of this Government are provided with the defect allowance according to the laws of the applies.
Section 3
For the retired Warakawuri or Duda Member of the Indonesian National Army who was retired before 1 July 2001, after his retirement was adjusted according to the Government Regulation, it turns out:
., a., a. did not experience a rise or decline in income, to him given an additional income of 15% (fifteen percent) of the new principal pension;
., b. experienced a rise in income of less than 15% (fifteen percent) of the new principal pension, to him given an additional income of a margin of between 15% (fifteen percent) of the new principal pension with his ascension.
Section 4
The underlying pension adjustment as referred to in Article 1, is set with the Defense Minister ' s Decision as the basis for retirement payment.
Section 5
Above the principal pension/principal allowance, to the Purnawirawan Retirement recipient/Warakawuri or Duda, the Child Orphans Allowance and the Son of Yatim-Piatu Members of the Indonesian National Army are given family benefits and food allowances according to the Applicable law provisions.
Section 6
The further provisions required for the implementation of this Government Regulation are established by the Minister of Defence and the Finance Minister both jointly and individually according to the respective fields of their duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of this Government Regulation, then Government Regulation No. 32 of 2001 on Establishing Pension of Full-time Full-time/Warakawuri or Duda, Allowance Orphan and Son of Yatim-Piatu Member of the Indonesian National Army stated does not apply.
Section 8
This Government Regulation is effective at the designated date and has receded power since 1 January 2003.
