PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: that in order to improve the quality, achievement, devotion, and spirit of the work of the National Commission on Human Rights, is seen needing to establish the Honorarium For the Members of the National Commission on Human Rights and the Improvement of the Chair and Vice Chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights with the Presidential Decree;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law Number 39 of 1999 on Human Rights (State Sheet 1999 No. 165, Additional Gazette State Number 3886);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE HONORARIUM FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE BENEFITS OF THE CHAIRMAN AND DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Section 1
(1) To the Members of the National Commission of Human Rights granted an honorarium.
(2) The honorarium as referred to in verse (1) is Rp 12,500,000.00 (twelve million five hundred thousand rupiah) each month.
Section 2
.,, (1) In addition to the honorarium as referred to in Article 1, to the Members of the National Commission on Human Rights chosen as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights granted the allowance of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Commission of Rights Human Rights.
.,, (2) The allowance of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights as referred to in verse (1) is Rp 2,000.000.00 (two million rupiah) each month.
Section 3
Honorarium Members and allowances of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Commission of Human Rights as referred to in Article 1 and Section 2, are given as starting in April 2003.
Section 4
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are governed by the Minister of Finance.
Section 5
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
