BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia does the addition of a capital inclusion into the capital of the General Company (PERUM) of the Djakarta Passenger Transport, which was established under Government Regulation No. 91 of 2000.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the State capital ' s inclusion as referred to in Article 1 comes from the wealth of the State of a bus vehicle, BBG charging station, tires and bus parts, land, buildings and workshop equipment, whose absence comes from and funds Budget and State Shopping Budget Year 1982/1983, 1984/1985, 1985/1986, 1993/1994, 1994/1995, 1995/1996, 1996/1997 and 1998/1999.
.,, (2) The value of the inclusion of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in paragraph (1) of Rp 62.345,706.002.22 (sixty-two billion three hundred and forty-five million seven thousand two rupiah twenty-two cents), with details as referred to in this Government Regulation attachment

IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONS
CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of capital inclusion into the capital of the General Company (PERUM) of the Djakarta Passenger Transport as referred to in Article I was conducted under the provisions of the Government Regulation No. 13 of 1998, Government Regulation Number 41 of the Year 2003 and the provisions of other laws in effect.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
Further provisions that are required for the execution of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the State Minister of the State of the State, either together or individually in accordance with the scope of the authority and the field of duty each.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
In order for everyone to know it ordered the invitational of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
