MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE DESIGNATION AND
THE MAGNITUDE OF TOLL FARES ON SOME TOLL ROADS
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in an attempt to increase service to the community as a toll road user, with Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2003 has done an overadjustment of the toll fare on several highways of the expressway;
., b. that the Jagorawi Toll Road and the Jakarta Expressway-Cikampek Expressway does not include a customised toll road field so that the second fare of the toll road is still in charge of tariffs as set in Presidential Decree No. 36 of 1992;
., c. that in respect of such a thing in the letter b, then the revocation of the Presidential Decree Number 36 of 1992 is referred to, not covering the rates of the Jagorawi Toll Road and the Cikampek Expressway ruas;
., d. that in respect of such a thing in the letter b and the letter c, is seen as necessary to change the Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2003;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2003 PRESIDENTIAL DECISION ON THE DESIGNATION OF THE TYPE OF MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF TOLL TARIFFS ON SEVERAL EXPRESSWAYS.
FIRST:
Changed the SEVENTH Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2003, so the entirety of the SEVENTH Dictum reads as follows:

With this President's Decision, the provisions of the definition of toll fare as set in:
., 1. Presidential Decree No. 59 of 1990 on the Penetration Of the Road to Larang-flee as the Toll Road and the Designation of Motor Vehicles as well as of the Toll-Toll;
., 2. Presidential Decree No. 36 of 1992 on the Determination Of The Freeway-Peacock Road, The Mabar Toll Gate on the Beopposed Expressway-Medan-Tanjung Morawa, and the Designation Of A Type Of Motor Vehicle, The Magnitude Of The Toll, And The State Of The United States. Toll Tolls on Multiple Expressway and Toll Bridge, except for the Jagorawi Toll Road fare and the Jakarta-Cikampek Expressway fare;
., 3. The Presidential Decree No. 23 of 1993 on the Assignment Of The Dupak-Tandes Freeway as a Toll Road and Motor Vehicle Designation as well as the Toll-Toll Road;
., 4. The Presidential Decree No. 81 of 1994 on the Addition of the East Attack Expressway and the Designation Of Motor Vehicle as well as the magnitude of the tariff;
. .5. Presidential Decree No. 82 of 1994 on Establishing Freeway Tandes-Kebomas as a Toll Road and Designation of Motor Vehicles as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;
., 6. Presidential Decree No. 64 of 1995 on the addition of the West Serang toll gate, East Cilegon, and Simpang Susun Cikupa and the Designation of Motor Vehicles as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;
., 7. Presidential Decree No. 45 of 1996 on the addition of the West Cilegon toll gate, the designation of the motor vehicle type and the magnitude of the toll fare;
., 8. Decision of the President No. 47 of 1996 on the Determination Of The Eastern Ancol Freeway – The Three –Bridge; Pluit and Tomang – Grogol – Pluit Junction as Highways, Establishing Motor Vehicle Type and Adjustment The Magnitude Of The Freeway-free Road Toll In Jakarta City;
., 9. Presidential Decree No. 95 of 1996 on the Addition of the Merak Expressway and the Designation Of Motor Vehicle Types as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;
., 10. President's decision No. 96 of 1996 on the Assignment Of Bomas-free Freeway – Manyar as a Toll Road and Motor Vehicle Designation as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;
., 11. Presidential Decree No. 16 of 1998 on Assignment Freeways Jangli-Kaligawe as a Toll Road, Designation Of Motor Vehicle Type and Magnitude Fare, as well as Adjustment Of The Srondol-Jatingaleh; Highway Toll Road Toll Fares
., 12. Presidential Decree No. 25 of 1998 on the Determination Of The Plumbon-Kanci freeway as the Expressway and the designation of Motor Vehicles as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;
., 13. President Number 57 of 1998's decision on the Determination Of Highway-free Freeway as a Toll Road and Motorized Vehicle Designation as well as Magnitude Fare;
., 14. The Presidential Decree No. 11 of 1999 on Establishing The Serpong –Freeway Designation – Pondok Aren Barat as Toll Road and Designation of Motor Vehicles as well as Magnitude Fare;

SECOND:
This President's decision to come into effect on the date is set and has the power to recede since June 10, 2003.
