PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Genting Highlands, Malaysia, on 8 April 2000 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement on the Augmentation of the ASEAN Science Fund, as a result talks between the representatives of the ASEAN member States;

DECIDED:
., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF THE AGREEMENT ON THE AUGMENTATION OF THE ASEAN SCIENCE FUND (APPROVAL ON THE INCREASE IN ASEAN SCIENCE FUNDS).
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement on the Augmentation of the ASEAN Science Fund, which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed in Genting Highlands, Malaysia, on April 8, 2000, As a result of the negotiations between the representatives of the ASEAN member countries whose copy of the original manuscript was in English and translated in Indonesian as attached to the Presidential Decree.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation between the manuscript translation of the Agreement in Indonesian with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in the language of the original text in English. English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
