ESTABLISHMENT OF A SENGETI STATE COURT,
STATE COURT SAND PANGARAIAN,
AND THE CAPE STATE COURT OF KARIMUN HALL
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that with respect to the development of public legal awareness in Muaro Jambi County, Rokan Hulu Regency, and Karimun County, and in order to further embody the opportunity to obtain justice and legal protection, are seen as necessary to form the District Court of Sengeti, the State Court of Pasir Pangaraian, and the Cape of Karimun State Court whose legal area each includes the areas of Muaro Jambi County, Upper Rokan Regency and Karimun County;
., b. that under Article 7 of the Law No. 2 of the Year 1986 of the Judicial General, the Court of State is set up with the Presidential Decree;
., c. that based on considerations as referred to in the letters a and b above, need to establish the Presidential Decree on the Establishment of the Sengeti State Court, the State Court of the Pangaraian Sand, and the Cape of the Cape of the Karimun Hall;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia of Indonesia Year 1945;

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SENGETI STATE COURT, THE STATE COURT OF SAND PANGARAIAN, AND THE CAPE OF THE CAPE OF THE CARIMMUNE HALL.
Section 1
Forming the Sengeti State Court, the Court of State Sand Pangaraian, and the Cape State Court of Karimun are each based in the Sengeti, in the Sand Pangaraian, and in the Cape Hall of Karimun.
Section 2
.,, (1) The legal area of the Sengeti State Court covers the area of Muaro Jambi County, Propinsi Jambi.
.,, (2) The legal area of Pasir Pangaraian District Court covers the area of Rokan Hulu County, Propinsi Riau.
.,, (3) The legal area of the Cape Hall District Court covers the area of Karimun County, the Riau Propinsi.
Section 3
.,, (1) With the formation of the Sengeti State Court, then the Muaro Jambi County district was removed from the Muara Bulian State Court law area.
.,, (2) With the creation of the State Court of Pasir Pangaraian, then the region of Upper Rokan County was removed from the legal area of the Bangkinang District Court.
.,, (3) With the formation of the Cape County Court of Karimun, then the Karimun County area is removed from the jurisdiction of Tanjung Pinang District Court.
Section 4
.,, (1) the Sengeti State Court is included in the legal area of Jambi High Court in Jambi.
.,, (2) The State Court of Pasir Pangaraian and the Cape State Court of Karimun are included in the legal area of the Riau High Court in Pekanbaru.
Section 5
.,, (1) The Criminal and Perkara Perkara which included the scope of the authority of the Sengeti State Court at the time the Presidential Decree is set to be checked but has not been broken up by the Muara Bulian State Court, remains inspected and broken by State Court Estuary Bulian.
.,, (2) The Criminal and Perkara Perkara which included the scope of the authority of the Sengeti State Court at the time the Presidential Decree is set to have been filed but not yet checked by the Muara Bulian State Court, devolve to the Court Land Sengeti.

.,, (1) The Criminal and Perkara Perkara which included the scope of authority of the Pasir Pangaraian District Court at the time the Presidential Decree is set to be checked but has not been broken up by the Bangkinang State Court, remains inspected and was broken up by the Bangkinang State Court.
.,, (2) The Criminal and Perkara Perkara which included the scope of authority of the Pasir Pangaraian District Court at the time the Presidential Decree is set to have been filed but unchecked by the Bangkinang State Court, devolve to the State Court of Sand Pangaraian.

.,, (1) The Criminal and Perkara Perkara which included the jurisdiction of the Court of the Cape of Karimun Hall at the time the Presidential Decree is set to be examined but has not been broken up by the Tanjung Pinang State Court, remains inspected and was snapped up by the Tanjung Pinang District Court.
.,, (2) The Criminal Perkara and Perkara Perdata which included the jurisdiction of the Cape of Karimun Hall of State Courts at the time the Presidential Decree is set to have been filed but unchecked by the Tanjung Pinang District Court, devolve To the Cape Hall District Court.
Section 8
Financing is required in the framework of the establishment and coaching of the Sengeti State Court, the State Court of Pasir Pangaraian, and the Cape Hall District Court is charged on the budget of the Department of Justice and Human Rights.
Section 9
.,, (1) Redemption of the class of the Sengeti State Court, the Court of State Sand Pangaraian, and the Cape State Court of Karimun, as well as the duties, functions, organizational arrangements, and the work of the Secretariat of the Secretariat of State of the Sengeti, the Court of State of the Sand The Court of Justice, and the Court of the Court of the Cape of Karimun, is established by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights after receiving the consent of the Minister responsible for the field of the state apparatus.
