.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the Poes of Subjects (1974 State Gazette Number 55, Additional State Sheet Number 3041) as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 (State Gazette 1999 Number 169, Extra State Sheet Number 3890);
., 3. Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the payroll of civil servants (State Gazette Number 11, State Gazette number 11) as has been changed several times, last with Government Regulation No. 11 Years 2003 (State Sheet of 2003 Number 17);
., 4. Government Regulation Number 16 of 1994 on Functional Office Civil Servants (state Gazette 1994 Number 22, Additional Gazette Number 3547);
. .5. Government Regulation Number 9 of 2003 on the Authority Of Appointment, Displacement, and Dismissal Of Civil Servants (state Gazette 2003 Number 15, Additional Gazette Number 4263);
., 6. The decision of President Number 87 of 1999 on the Functional Functional Office Of Civil Servants;
DECIDED:
., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE BENEFITS OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT CONTROLLERS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Decree referred to the Environmental Impact Controller Benefit Allowance, the next called the Environmental Impact Controller is the functional office allowance given to the Civil Servants. Civil-appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Environmental Impact Controller in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of Environmental Impact Functional, granted the Environmental Impact Controller improve each month.
Section 3
The Environmental Impact Controller Allowance as referred to in Section 2 is as set forth in this Presidential Decision Attachment.
Section 4
The Environmental Impact Controller allowance is terminated if the Civil Service is referred to in Section 2, is appointed in a structural position or in another functional office or because of other things that result in the granting of alimony terminated in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Decree, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State of the State of the Union, either jointly and individually according to the field of duty of masing masmg.
Section 6
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
