CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia made a reduction in the inclusion of the State capital on the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura I which was established with the Government Regulation No. 5 of 1992.
Section 2
.,, (1) The reduction of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 of a portion of the country ' s wealth is embedded in the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura I.
., (2) The wealth of the State as referred to in verse (1) is the building of the former Central Office of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura I (ex-terminal A, VIP Room and Tower AMC) area of 9.795 m2 and the Dharma Building Women of 192 m2, as set forth in the Annex of Government Regulation No. 14 of 1988.
., (3) The value of the inclusion of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Finance, based on the results of a joint calculation between the Treasury Department with the State Minister ' s Office of State-owned Enterprises.
Section 3

The implementation of the reduction of the inclusion of the State's capital as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of Act No. 1 of 1995 with regard to the provisions set forth in the Law No. 17 of 2003, Act No. 19 In 2003, the Government Regulation No. 12 of 1998 as amended last with the Government Regulation No. 45 of 2001 and Government Regulation No. 41 of 2003, as well as the provisions of other applicable law-invite rules.
