IN THE PROVINCE OF NANGGROE ACEH DARUSSALAM

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

That since the establishment of a state of danger with the level of civil emergency that is followed by the implementation of Integrated Operations, security, order and public governance, the governance and social life of the economy in the country. The province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam increasingly showed improvement, so the condition must remain maintained and improved to keep the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the Constitution of the State of the Republic of Indonesia In 1945;
., b. that integrated operations include Humanitarian Operations, Economic Recovery Operation, Law Enforcement Operations, Governance Operation Operation, and Security Recovery Operations executed during six months of civil emergency, though it has been Showing improvement but not the maximum result because it's still being disrupted by the remains of the Free Free Aceh Movement, which is a potential threat to the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia;

Section 1
The state of Danger with a civil emergency level in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province, under Presidential Decree No. 43 of 2004 was declared extended for 6 (six) months

Membership of the Managing Board of the Central Civil Emergency Authority was refined to:
