Decided:.,, define: PRESIDENTIAL DECREE on SECURITY and CONTROL of PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE and VICE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE in the ELECTIONS of PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT.

Article 1 In this presidential decree is:.,, 1. The elections of President and Vice President are hereinafter referred to as President and Vice President Election is the election referred to in Act No. 23 of 2003 about the elections of President and Vice President.
., ,2.  The Electoral Commission hereinafter the ELECTION COMMISSION was agencies as stipulated in Act No. 23 of 2003 about the elections of President and Vice President.

Article 2 the task and responsibility of the security and control of presidential candidate and vice presidential candidate was done by the State police of the Republic of Indonesia.
