DECIDED
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE BENEFITS OF FUNCTIONAL OFFICE OF COMPUTER PRANKAGES.
Section 1
In this Presidential Decree referred to by the Functional Office Allowance of the Computer, the next one called the Computer Pranata Allowance is the functional office allowance given to the appointed Civil Servlet and the Organizational Security. Assigned to a full number of Computer Pranata Functional positions in accordance with applicable law provisions.
Section 2
To Civil Servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Computer Pranata are given the Computer Pranata allowance each month.
Section 3
The Computer Link Allowance as referred to in Article 2, is as follows:
., a., a. Beginning in April 2000, the Presidential Decree is as set forth in the Annex I of this President.
., b. The President's decision is as set forth in Annex II of this Presidential Decree.
Section 4
Computer Prenupdaton is suspended if a civil servant as referred to in Section 2, is appointed in a structural position or in another functional office or because of other matters that result in the granting of the allowance. in accordance with the terms of the applicable laws.
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Decree, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the respective fields of his duties.
Section 6
By the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the provisions set about the Improvement Office of the Computer as referred to in Presidential Decree Number 65 of 1992 on Allowance Of Librarian's Office, Flight Engineer, Quality assurance The goods, and the Computer Pranata, are declared not applicable.
Section 7
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
