DECIDED:.,, define: PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ABOUT the OPENING of the OFFICE of the CONSULATE GENERAL of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA in KUCHING, SARAWAK, MALAYSIA.
Section 1.,, (1) the Republic of Indonesia opened the Office of Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
.,, (2) the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia as intended in paragraph (1) Consular Representative is under and is responsible to the head of the diplomatic representatives of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur.
Article 2 of the working area of the Republic of Indonesia Consulate General in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia covers the whole territory of the State of Sarawak.

Article 3 General Consulate personnel, Formations of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia established by the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the basis of the applicable legislation.

Article 4 financing of Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia charged to the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Article 5 the formulation of the tasks, functions, organization, and the work of the Consulate General of the Republic Indonesia in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia established by the Minister of Foreign Affairs after gaining approval from the Minister responsible in the field of utilization of State apparatus.

Article 6 this presidential decree took effect on the date set.
