DECIDED:.,, set: GOVERNMENT REGULATION on the PUBLIC TELEVISION BROADCASTERS.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this Government Regulation is:.,, 1. Broadcast, broadcasting, television broadcasting, broadcast advertising is referred to in Act No. 32 of 2002 about broadcasting.
., ,2. The public broadcasters were broadcasters in the form of a legal entity established by the State, is an independent, neutral, not commercial, and it serves the interest of the public service.
., ,3. Public Television Broadcasting institutions of the Republic of Indonesia is the Public Broadcasters which organises the activities of television broadcasting, is an independent, neutral, not commercial, and it serves the interest of the public service.
., ,4. Dues of broadcasting is an amount of money paid out of the community to the State as a form of community participation to fund public broadcasting that will be accounted for on a periodic basis to the community.
., ,5. The Board of Trustees of the public broadcasters is an organ that serves to represent the community, Government, and public broadcasters who perform tasks of supervision to achieve the goal of public broadcasters.
., ,6. The Board of Directors is an element of the leadership of the public broadcasters are authorized and responsible for the management of the public broadcasters.
., ,7. Internal auditing is the supervision of administrative, financial, and operational within the public broadcasting institutions.
., ,8. Organizers Broadcast is the broadcasting station that hosted the broadcast of local, regional, national, and international.
., ,9. The Minister is the Minister's scope of duties and responsibilities in the field of communication and informatics.
CHAPTER II the shape, POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of the form of the first part of article 2, (1) by regulation of the Government of this PT INDONESIA (Persero) which was established by the Government Regulation No. 9 of 2002 transferred its shape to become an institution of Public Broadcasting Televisi Republik Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as TVRI, and is a legal entity established by the State.

CHAPTER III ORGANIZATION of the first part of the organizational arrangement of article 6 (1) the organization consists of: TVRI., Board of Trustees, a.;

b. the Board of Directors;

c. broadcasting station;

d. internal auditing unit; and e. the Centre and representation.

The second section of Chapter 7 Trustees Board of Trustees has a duty:.,, a. set general policy, broadcasting policy, master plan, work plan and the annual budget, policies, institutional development and resources, as well as overseeing the implementation of these policies in accordance with the direction and purpose of broadcasting;
.,, b. supervise the implementation of the work plan and budget as well as the independence and neutrality of broadcasts;
.,, c. tested the feasibility and appropriateness of openly against the members of the Board of Directors; d. appoint and dismiss the Board of Directors;

e. assign one member of the Board of Directors as Director;

f. specify the Division of tasks every Director;., g., reported the execution of his duty to the President and the House of representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI).
Article 8.,, (1) the members of the Supervisory Board amounted to 5 (five) persons, one of whom set to become Chairman of the Supervisory Board based on the results of the decision of the meeting of members of the Board of Trustees. (2) the Board of Trustees is composed of elements of the TVRI, community, and Government.

.,, d. held and maintaining bookkeeping and administration in accordance with the regulations; e. prepare annual reports and periodic reports;., f., create financial reports in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation; g. represent institutions within and outside the Court;., h., establish cooperation with other institutions both within and outside the country.
.,, (2) the master plan as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a at least contain:.,, a. evaluation of the implementation of the master plan;

b. position of the TVRI;

c. assumptions used in the preparation of long-term plans;., d., goal setting, strategies, policies and programs of work long term plans with the Association antarunsur.
.,, (3) the form, content, and the procedures for the preparation of the master plan is based on the provisions of the applicable legislation.
.,, (4) the master plan drawn up by the Board of Directors submitted to the Supervisory Board to be discussed and approved.
.,, (5) TVRI master plan approved by the Board of Trustees was delivered to the Secretary at least sixty (60) days prior to the applicable master plan effectively.
The fourth part of article 12 broadcasting station.,, (1) broadcasting station is host of the broadcasting activities of TVRI which is located in the capital of the province, kabupaten/kota.
.,, (2) broadcasting station TVRI in the nation's capital hosted the broadcast of local, regional, national and international broadcast organized or foreign broadcasts.

Article 20 the requirements to be appointed member of the Board of Trustees is a citizen of Indonesia are: a. the duty to God Almighty;.,, b. loyal to Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945; c. healthy physical and spiritual;

d. authoritative, honest, fair, and not a dishonorable Act;

e. educated graduate or have equivalent intellectual competence;., f., have integrity and dedication to maintain the unity and the unity of the nation and State;
.,, g. have awareness, insight, knowledge and/or skills, as well as experience in the field of public broadcasting;
.,, h. not associated directly or indirectly with the ownership and management of mass media; I don't have a duplicate position; and j. nonpartisan.

Clause 21.,, (1) a member of the Board of Trustees TVRI quit or be dismissed before his term expires if:.,, a. dies;

b. resignation;

c. do not do their job properly;

d. does not implement the provisions of the applicable legislation;

e. engage in actions that are detrimental to TVRI;., f., are convicted for committing criminal acts on the basis of a court decision has acquired the force of law; or g. no longer satisfies the requirements referred to in article 20.

d. authoritative, honest, fair, and not a dishonorable Act;

e. educated scholars;., f., have integrity and dedication to maintain the unity and the unity of the nation and State;
.,, g. have awareness, insight, knowledge and/or skills, as well as experience in the field of public broadcasting, except for certain tasks in the field of management of the broadcast;
., h., not related directly or indirectly with the ownership and management of mass media; I don't have a position; and j. the non partisan.

Article 23 (1) of the Ordinance the election of the Board of Directors determined by the Board of Trustees.
.,, (2) candidate elected Board of directors appointed through the decision letter of the Board of Trustees.
Article 24 (1) a member of the Board of Directors of TVRI was appointed and dismissed by the Board of Trustees.
.,, (2) a member of the Board of Directors of TVRI was appointed for a term of 5 (five) years and may be reappointed for only one (1) term. (3) a member of the Board of Directors at stopping if:.,, a. dies;

b. resignation;

c. unable to keep.

.,, (4) a member of the Board of Directors can be dismissed before his term expires if:.,, a. does not implement the provisions of the applicable legislation;

b. engage in actions that are detrimental to the institution;., c., are convicted for committing criminal acts on the basis of a court decision has acquired the force of law; or d. no longer satisfies the requirements referred to in Article 22.

.,, (5) before the decision for dismissal set out as intended in paragraph (2) letter a and letter b, concerned are given the opportunity defend himself.
.,, (6) self-defense as referred to in paragraph (5) was done in writing within a period of 1 (one) months since the members of the Board of Directors concerned notified in writing by the Board of Trustees of the plan termination.

Article 25 requirements, appointment, and termination of Office under a Board of Directors established by the Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Chapter V Article 26 WORK LAYOUT.,, (1) the decision of the Board of Trustees established through collegial Council Board of Trustees.

e. other legitimate businesses that are related to the Organization of broadcasting.

.,, (2) Receipts obtained from the funding source as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, letter c, letter d, and the letter e is the acceptance of the State that administered transparently to finance TVRI according to the provisions of legislation in force.
.,, (3) the operational costs Budget TVRI annually approved by the Minister of Finance upon proposal Board of Directors.

CHAPTER VII WORK PLAN and BUDGET Article 37.,, (1) mandatory TVRI prepare and submit work plan and medium term budget is submitted to the Minister of finance with copy to the Minister.

CHAPTER IX EMPLOYMENT Article 41.,, (1) officers of TVRI was the central civil servants appointed on the basis of the provisions of the applicable legislation, and not the civil servants who are appointed by the Board of Directors based on the agreement.

.,, (4) an employee of TVRI either civil servants or not civil servants are prohibited from becoming members and/or administrators of a political party.

CHAPTER X PROVISIONS of TRANSITIONAL Article 44 by the time this Regulation applies:.,, a. Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors of TVRI should already be formed no later than December 28, 2005;

General. The Republic of Indonesia, Television (TVRI) which is a broadcasting institution bears the name of the country means that with the name of the broadcasts devoted to the interests of the State.
