b. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a, need to set about changing government regulations over the Government Regulation Number 32 in 1994 about the Visa, entry permit, and the permit of immigration;
Remember: 1. Article 5 paragraph (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

DECIDED: Chapter I provisions in Some government regulation Number 32 in 1994 about the Visa, entry permit, and Immigration Permits (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 55 in 1994, an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3563), modified to be as follows: 1. The provision of article 13 is amended to read as follows: article 13 limited stay Visa granted to foreigners to stay in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia of not longer than 2 (two) years counted from the date he gave Admission in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
