.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29 OF 1997 ABOUT CIVIL CIVIL SERVANTS OCCUPYING THE POST OF THE DOUBLE.
Section 1
Provision in Government Regulation No. 29 of 1997 on the Occupying Civil Servants of the Republic of Indonesia in 1997 Number 65; Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3697), changed as following:
The provisions of Article 2 are amended, so that Article 2 reads as follows:

Section 2
(1) Civil Servants are prohibited from occupying the position of the double.
., (2) The provisions of the prohibition occupied a double post as referred to in paragraph (1) are excluded for Civil Servants Appointed and assigned to the post:

., a., a. A prosecutor, a structural position in the United States, whose job is to be closely related to the prosecution or may be given the task of prosecution;
., b. Researchers, multiple structural positions in government agencies whose duties are closely related to the research field; and
., c. The designer, a structural position in the government of government agencies whose duties are closely related to the laws of the law.
.,, (3) The Structural Office of Civil Servlet as referred to in paragraph (2) is established with the Presidential Decree.

This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.

THE ONE THAT OCCUPIES THE POSITION OF DOUBLE

., under the Law No. 8 Act of 1974 on the subject matter of employment as amended by Act No. 43 of 1999, essentially civil servants who have been appointed in structural positions cannot be caught. in other structural offices or functional positions. It is intended that civil servants in question can focus their attention and ability to carry out their job duties so that they can produce optimal performance.
