AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPUBLIC OF CHINA REGARDING LIBERATION
VISA FOR DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT HOLDER AND SERVICE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Jakarta, on 25 April 2005 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China regarding the Liberation of Visa for Diplomatic Passport holders and the Service, as a result of the negotiations between the delegates of the Government of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China
B. that in respect of that, it is deemed necessary to pass the Agreement with the Presidential Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Extra State Gazette number 4012);
3. Law No. 10 Year 2004 on the Establishment of the Laws (State Gazette 2004 Number 53, Additional Gazette State Number 4389);
4. Government Regulation No. 32 of 1994 on Visa Admission And Immigration Clearance as amended by Government Regulation No. 18 Year 2005 (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 40, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4495);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S RULE ON THE PASSAGE OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE' S REPUBLIC OF CHINA REGARDING VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Liberation of Visa for Diplomatic Passport holders and the Service, which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed in Jakarta, on the 25th April 2005, as a result of the negotiations between the delegates of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the People's Republic of China which copies of the original manuscripts in Indonesian, Chinese and English as attached to this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
