PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, In a draw: that in order to support the establishment of the administration, it is necessary to fine-tune the Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the position, duties, functions, authority, organizational arrangements, and the order of work. Non-Department Government institutions as amended last several times with the Presidential Regulation No. 11 of 2005;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia of Indonesia Year 1945;
., 2. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4437);
., 3. President's decision number 103 of 2001 on the position, duty, function, authority, organizational structure, and employment of the non-Departeman Government Institution as amended last several times with the Presidential Regulation No. 11 of 2005;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE SIXTH CHANGE TO THE 2001 PRESIDENT' S 2001 PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON THE POSITION, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AUTHORITY, ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, AND THE WORK OF THE NON-DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
Section 1
The provisions of Article 106 in Presidential Decree Number 103 of 2001 on the Rank, Duties, Functions, Authority, Organizational Arrangement, and the Working Governance of the Non-Department Government Institution have several times been amended by the Presidential Decree:
a. Number 3 Year 2002;
B. Number 46 Year 2002;
C. Number 30 Year 2003;
D. Number 9 Year 2004;
e. President Regulation No. 11 of 2005;
is changed, as follows:
" Section 106
.,, (1) In carrying out its duties, each LPND is coordinated by the Minister, which includes:
., a., a. Interior Minister for BPN;
B. Defense Minister for LEMSANEG and LEMHANNAS;
C. Trade Minister for BKPM;
D. Minister of Health for BPOM and BKKBN;
e. National Education Minister for PERPUSNAS;
f. Minister of State of the State of Personnel for LAN, BKN, BPKP, and ANRI;
., g. Minister of State for Research and Technology for LIPI, LAPAN, BPPT, REPENTANCE, BAPETEN, BAKOSURTANAL, and BSN;
h. National Development Planning Minister of State for BPS;
i. Minister of Transportation for BMG.
.,, (2) The Coordination as referred to in paragraph (1) includes coordination in the formulation of the policies relating to other Government agencies as well as the resolution of the issues arising in the conduct of the intended policy. "

This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
