GENERAL JUSTICE, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF THE STATE OF ENTERPRISE, AND
THE RELIGIOUS JUDICIARY AS WELL AS THE JANDA/DUDANYA

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: that in the presence of improvements in the principal salary of Judges, as of January 1, 2006, as referred to in Government Regulation Number 70 of 2005 on the Third Amendment to Government Regulation No. 8 Year 2000 on the General Court's Salary Regulations, the Courts of State Regulation, and the Justice of Religion, the need to establish the retirement magnitudes of the retired Justice General, the Judicial Order of the State, and the Justice of Religion as well as the Widow/Dudanya with the Government Regulation;

., 2. Law Number 11 Year 1969 on Retirement of Employees and Retirement Widows/Duda Employees (Gazette Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1969 Number 42, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 2906);
., 3. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the PoyPokok Keemployers (State of the Republic of Indonesia 1974 No. 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 on Changes to the Law No. 8 Year 1974 on Subjects Keworkforce (State Gazette Indonesia Year 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);

Government Regulation No. 8 of the Year 2000 on the Rules of the General Judicial Judge, the Court of the State of the State and the Judiciary of the Republic of Indonesia in 2000 (Number 16) as amended last by the Rule of Law of the Republic of Indonesia (in Indonesian). DECIDED:

.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE RETIREMENT OF THE RETIRED PRINCIPAL JUSTICE OF JUSTICE, THE JUDICIARY OF THE STATE ' S ENTERPRISE, AND THE JUDICIARY OF RELIGION AS WELL AS THE JANDA/DUDANYA.

Section 1
.,, (1) Retired Judge and retired Widow/Dudanya who was retired after the enactment of Government Regulation Number 70 of 2005 on Third Amendment Over Government Regulation No. 8 of 2000 on the General Court of Justice ' s Salary Regulation, the judiciary The State Department, and the Justice of Religion, the pension is set to be the following:

., a., a. For a retired judge whose pension calculations are in line 2, it is set to be as such in the 3-I-A list to the I-I Appendix I Annex I of this Government Regulation;
., b. For the retired Widow/Duda Judge whose results are in retirement as they are in 2, set to be as such in the 3 List II-A to the List II-I of Annex II of this Government Regulation; and
., c. for the retired Widow/Duda of the Judge who died the results of his pension calculations as they are in a 2-a-lane, are set to be as such in the 3-list III-A to the III List III-I Annex III of the Regulation This government.
.,, (2) Retired Judge and retired Widow/Dudanya who held the rank of Grade I class II/d room to the bottom and retired after the enactment of Government Regulation No. 70 Year 2005, pension is set on the basis of the employee pension Civil Country.

Section 2
Starting January 1, 2006:
., a., a. Retired Judges retired from January 1, 2006, and previously, his pension was adjusted as such in the 3-line line with the old principal pension as it was in the 2 List IV-A to the time. List IV-Q Appendix IV of this Government Regulation;
., b. Retired Widows/Duda Judges were retired from January 1, 2006, and previously, their retirement adjusted to be as such in the 3-line line with the old principal pension as it is in the 2-list List of V-A. up to the V-Q List of Appendix V of this Government Regulation; and
., c. The retired Widow/Duda of the Judge who was killed in retirement began on January 1, 2006 and previously, his retirement adjusted to be as such in the 3-line line with the old principal pension as it is in the 2-list lajur. VI-A to the list of VI-Q of Appendix VI of this Government Regulation.

Section 3
The adjustment adjustment of the principal pension as referred to in Article 2, is set with the Decree of the Head of the State Board of the State as the basis of the pension payment.

Section 4
In addition to the principal pension, to the retired recipient as contemplated in the Regulation the Government is provided for the family allowance and the food allowance applicable to the civil servants in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 5
The provisions of the technical implementation of this Government Regulation are further set forth by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State of the State of the Union both collectively and independently according to the respective fields of their duties.

Section 6
At the time this Government Regulation comes into force, the Government Regulation Number 35 of 2003 on the Termination Of The Principal Pension Of The Retired Judicial Judge, The Law Of The State Of The State, And The Law Of Religion And The Widow/dudanya (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of The Republic) Indonesia Year 2003 Number 75), revoked and declared not valid.

Section 7
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
