CHANGE IN THE NAME OF POLEWALI COUNTY MAMASA
BEING THE DISTRICT OF POLEWALI MANDAR
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to fulfill the aspirations of the community and distinguish the mention of the name of Polewali Mamasa Regency listed in Law Number 26 of 2004 on the Establishment of West Sulawesi Province j.o. Act Number 29 of 1959 about Establishment of the Second-Level Region in Sulawesi with Mamasa regency, need to change the name of Polewali Mamasa Regency to Polewali Mandar Regency;
., b. that change of name has received the approval of the People's Representative Council of the Regency of Polewali Mamasa as stated in the Decree of the People's Representative Council of the Regency Polewali Regency Mamasa Number 38 /KPTS/DPRD dated 24 July 2004 about the Approval Approval Change of Polewali Regency Mamasa became Polewali Mandar Regency;
., c. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the paragraph (2) of the Law Number 32 of the Year 2004 on the Local Government, the change of the name of the area is set with the Government Regulation;
., d. that under these considerations in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish a Government Regulation on the Change of the name of Polewali County Mamasa to Polewali Mandar Regency.

DECIDED:
.,, SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE CHANGE IN NAME OF THE COUNTY OF POLEWALI MAMASA TO THE DISTRICT OF POLEWALI MANDAR.
Section 1
With this Government Regulation the name of Polewali Mamasa Regency in the region of West Sulawesi Province is converted to Polewali Mandar County.
Section 2
The personal documents of the residents who have a period in effect and list the Polewali Mamasa Regency nomenclature, remain in effect until the expiration date.
Section 3
Documents that are confessed to a right by the state and list of the Polewali Mamasa Regency nomenclature, remain in effect until the change in the will of the right holder, or the existence of the transition of rights.
Section 4
The coat of arms of Polewali Mamasa Regency remains in effect until the release of the Polewali Mandar County Emblem Area with the Regional Rule.
Section 5
In the event of the enactment of this Government Regulation the adjustment of the use of the name Polewali Mandar in the administration of the administration was carried out in the most recent time of 1 (one) year after the Government Regulation. this.
Section 6
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
