PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: that in order to improve the quality, achievement, devotion, and spirit of work for the civil servants appointed and commissioned in the Functional Office of the Inspector of Fame, the Mine Inspector, and the Inspector of Petroleum and Earth Gas, is seen needing to provide the Functional Office Allowance Of Novice Inspector, Mine Inspector, and Earth Gas and Gas Inspector with the Presidential Ordinance;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia of Indonesia Year 1945;

Law No. 8 of the Year 1974 on Subjects of the Republic of Indonesia (1974) Number 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 (Sheet) State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 No. 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);

Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Regulation of the Salary Of Civil Servants (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 3098) as has been several times changed, lastly with Government Regulation No. 11 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 Number 17);

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE BENEFITS OF FUNCTIONAL OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR OF FAME, MINE INSPECTOR, AND THE OIL AND GAS INSPECTOR.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1. The Functional Office of Functional Functional Allowance, which is further referred to as the Tranquility Inspector's allowance, is a functional office allowance given to a civil servant who is appointed and fully commissioned in the United States. The functional office of the Inspector of Fame is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
., 2. Mining Inspector Mine, which is further referred to as the Mine Inspector's allowance, is a functional office allowance given to a civil servant who is appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office. Mine Inspector is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
3. Functional Office Benefits Inspector of Oil and Gas Earth, which is further referred to by the Allowance Inspector of Petroleum and Earth Gas is a functional office allowance given to Civil Service employees who are appointed and assigned to the General. in full use of the Functional Office of the Inspector of Petroleum and Gas Earth in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws
Section 2
.,, (1) to a civil servant who is appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Inspector of Fame is given the Allowable Inspector of Fame every month.
.,, (2) to civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Inspector Mine are given the Allowance Inspector of the Mine per month.
(3) To Civil Servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of the Inspector of Petroleum and Earth Gas is granted the Inspector of Petroleum and Earth Gas every month
Section 3
.,, (1) the magnitude of the Inspector of Popularity Inspectors as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) is as set forth in Appendix I of this Presidential Regulation.
.,, (2) The magnitude of the Mining Inspector ' s allowance as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) is as set forth in Annex II of this Presidential Regulation.
.,, (3) The magnitude of the Oil and Gas Inspector allowance as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (3) is as set forth in Annex III of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
Inspector of the Inspector Mine, and the benefits of the Inspector of Petroleum and Earth Gas are terminated if the Civil Service is referred to in Article 2, appointed in a structural position or in office. Other functional or because other things that result in the allowance are terminated in accordance with the applicable laws of law.
Section 5
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 6
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
