FOR THE ACCELERATION OF POVERTY REDUCTION AND UNEMPLOYMENT
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,,, Menating: that in order to carry out the acceleration of poverty reduction and unemployment through the development of vegetable fuels, it needs to form the Nabati Fuel Development Team to Accelerate Poverty Reduction and Unemployment with the Presidential Decree;

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE NATIONAL TEAM OF NABATI FUEL DEVELOPMENT TO THE ACCELERATION REDUCTION OF POVERTY AND UNEMPLOYMENT.
FIRST: FORMING THE NABATI FUEL DEVELOPMENT NATIONAL TEAM FOR THE ACCELERATED REDUCTION OF POVERTY AND UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE DECISION OF THIS PRESIDENT IS CALLED THE NATIONAL TEAM.
SECOND: The membership of the National Team membership is:

Third: The National Team has a task:
., a., a. Compiling a blueprint for the development of vegetable fuel for the acceleration of poverty reduction and unemployment;
., b. Drafting a Road Map (RoadMap) of the vegetable development of the vegetable for the acceleration of poverty reduction and unemployment;
., c. prepared formulas of vegetable development measures to be followed up by all related agencies, as referred to in the Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2006 on the Nabati Fuel Supply and the Heating Materials of Nabati (Biofuel) As Another Fuel;
., d. carrying out an evaluation of the implementation of the development of vegetable fuels for the acceleration of poverty reduction and unemployment;
., e. report on the progress of developing vegetable fuels for the accelerated reduction of poverty and unemployment to the President.
FOURTH: In carrying out its duties, the National Team in cooperation with the Agency for Review and Application of Technology and the State-Owed Enterprises Agency in the field of
engineering as well as the private companies associated to perform:
., a., a. design and engineering of the biofuel (green energy) plant in a variety of scale/complete production capacity with its supporting installations for the implementation of the biofuel program;
B. factory construction at the specified location;
., c. development of machinery, equipment, and process technology in order to increase productivity and energy efficiency.
., KELIMA: A. To help with the smooth of his task, the National Team can form the Secretariat and lift the Expert Power.
., b. In carrying out its duties, the National Team may request assistance from Government officials, academics, practitioners, or other parties who are viewed as necessary.
SIXTH: The work order of the Steering Team and the Acting Team is set by the Economic Coordinating Minister of the Economy.
SEVENTH: The costs required for the implementation of the National Team task are charged in the State Shopping Budget on the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources and Ministry of State-Owed Enterprises Ministry.
EIGHTH: The term of the National Team is starting to begin with the President's decision to apply for 2 (two) years and may be extended if necessary.
NINTH: Further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are set by the Economic Coordinating Minister of the Economy.
TENTH: The President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
