WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Singapore, on April 21, 2004 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Protocol to Amend the Basic Agreement on the ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Scheme (Protocol Changes The Basic Agreement of Industrial Cooperation Scheme ASEAN), as a result of the negotiations between the representatives of ASEAN countries;
., b. that in connection with it, it is deemed necessary to pass the Protocol with the Presidential Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
., 2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
., 3. Law No. 10 Year 2004 on the Establishment of the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia (2004) No. 53, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4389);
., 4. Presidential Decree No. 51 of 1996 on the Unrest Basic Agreement on the ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Scheme (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1996 Number 65);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF PROTOCOL TO AMEND THE BASIC AGREEMENT ON THE ASEAN INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION SCHEME (PROTOCOL CHANGES TO THE BASIC APPROVAL SCHEME OF THE ASEAN INDUSTRY COOPERATION SCHEME).

Protocol to Amend the Basic Agreement on the ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Scheme (Protocol Changes to the Basic Agreement of the ASEAN Industry Cooperation Scheme) which the original manuscript in English and translation in Indonesian as attached and is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the translation of the translation
Protocol in Indonesian with the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original text is the original in English.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
