THE BUILDING ' S ACCELERATED COORDINATION COORDINATION TEAM
IN THE URBAN AREA
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. That in order to meet the needs of housing for the lower-income communities by the efficiency of land use and the arrangement of urban settlements through building houses, is viewed as highly urgent;
., b. that the construction of a viable, healthy and affordable building in particular for low-income communities in the urban area is meant, still running slowly so that the accelerated measures are needed for its construction;
., c. that the acceleration of such housing development needs to be conducted directionally and coordinated among the Government agencies, by engaging the role as well as and the participation of the enterprise body and the community;
., d. that with respect to the scales, the letter b and the letter c, they need to form the Acceleration Coordination Team in the Urban Area Building, with the President's Decision;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ACCELERATION COORDINATION TEAM OF THE BUILDING OF FLATS IN URBAN AREAS.
FIRST:
., 1. Forming the Koodination Team Accelerated Building Building in Urban Area, which for later in the Presidential Decree is called the Coordination Team, to accelerate the construction of residential buildings in urban areas to meet the needs of the Housing for low-income people.
., 2. The urban area, as referred to in the number 1, is a priority, covering urban areas with a population of over 1.5 million.
BOTH:
The Coordinating Team is below and is responsible to the President.
THIRD:
The Coordination Team is in charge:
., a., a. Formulate a policy, strategy and acceleration program of building housing in urban areas;
., b. establish necessary strategic measures in order to perform the acceleration of the construction of flats in urban areas;
., c. coordinate, monitor, and conduct an evaluation of the implementation of the acceleration policies of the construction of a residential building in urban areas by the relevant Ministers and the Local Government;
., d. establish the steps of the strategic problem settlement in the fields of perijinan, taxation, tantaxing, financing and infrastructure associated with the acceleration of building houses in urban areas;
., e. provide direction to the Regional Coordination Team in order to accelerate the construction of residential homes in urban areas.
FOURTH:
1. The membership of the Coordination Team membership is as follows:
., a., a. Chairman and member: Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs;
B. The Daily Chairman is arrested by members: Minister of State of the People ' s Housing;
., c. Member: 1. Home Secretary;
2. Finance Minister;
3. Public Works Minister;
4. Social Minister;
5. Defense Minister;
6. National Minister of National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency;
7. Head of the National Defense Agency;
8. Principal Director of the State Savings Bank;
D. Secretary I: Secretary of State Minister of the People ' s Housing;
., e. Sekrtesecretary II: Deputy Minister for Economic Co-ordination of Infrastructure and Development of the Region;
., 2. The synchronization of the day-to-day Coordination Team tasks is assisted by the Managing Team chaired by the Chairman of the Daily.
., 3. The membership of the Managing Team as referred to at the number 2, consists of an element of eselon I related agencies and other related parties, set forth by the Chairman of the Coordinating Team.
., 4. To support the implementation of its duties, the Coordination Team is assisted by the Secretariat, which is functionally carried out by work units in the State Ministry of Public Housing.
KELIMA:
In carrying out its duties, the Coordination Team can:
.,, 1. invite the institution, the Local Government or certain officials whose scope of duty and responsibility relates to the accelerated efforts of building houses in urban areas;
.,, 2. request input from the Business Agency associated with the construction of the flats;
., 3. convene consultation with the public, community organizations, professional organizations, colleges and/other parties that are viewed as necessary;
SIXTH:
., 1. to assist the agility of the implementation of the Coordination Team, the Governor formed the Area Coordinating Team for the acceleration of the Building of Flats in the Urban Area, which for later in the Presidential Decree is called the Coordination Team Locale;
., 2. Area Coordination Team as referred to at number 1, is known to the Governor and consists of elements of the Provincial Government, the District/City Government and associated Government officials that are viewed as necessary, as well as the Entity ID;
., 3. Regional coordination teams formulate policies, strategies, and programs and set out measures to solve the problem of accelerating the development of building houses in urban areas in their area according to policies, strategies and guidelines and directives. is set by the Coordinating Team.
., 4. The Area Coordination Team reports the implementation of its tasks regularly every 3 (three) months to the Coordination Team.
SEVENTH:
In the case of a certain Provincial Government, the construction of a joint house outside of the province, may be conducted through cooperation with the Provincial Government in the region referred to by the laws of the Province. applies.
EIGHTH:
The mechanisms and workings of the Coordination Team, the Managing Team, the Secretariat and the Regional Coordination Team, are further arranged by the Co-Chairman of the Coordination Team.
NINTH:
Coordination Team reports the work program as well as the progress of performing tasks regularly every 3 (three) months or at any time to the President.
TENTH:
., 1. All costs required for the execution of the duties of the Coordinating Team are charged in the State Shopping Budget of the State Ministry of the People ' s Housing.
., 2. All costs necessary for the implementation of the Regional Coordination Team are charged on the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget in question.
ELEVENTH:
The further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Decree, set by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs as Chairman of the Coordination Team.
TWELFTH:
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
