DECIDED:
.,, Setting: A PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE BENEFITS OF FOREST ECOSYSTEM CONTROL.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Functional Office Controller of the Forest Ecosystem, which is next called the Forest Ecosystem Controlling Allowance, is a functional office allowance given to the Civil Servant. Civil-appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Functional Forest Ecosystem Control Office in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Ecosystem Control of the Forest Ecosystem, given the Forest Ecosystem Control Allowance each month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Forest Ecosystem Control Allowance as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in this Presidential Regulation Attachment.
Section 4
.,, (1) The Forest Ecosystem Controller allowance as referred to in Article 3, is given count starting on January 1, 2006.

Section 5
Forest Ecosystem Control Allowance is terminated if civil servants as referred to in Section 2, are appointed in structural or other functional offices or because of other things that result in the granting of alimony terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, the rules governing the Functional Office of the Forest Ecosystem Controller as referred to in Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2004 on Functional Office Allowances of the Controller Forest Ecosystem and Forestry Police, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
