.,, Setting: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON STATISTISI FUNCTIONAL OFFICE BENEFITS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Statistisi Functional Office Allowance is referred to as a functional office allowance given to a civil servant who is appointed and assigned to the office of the Statistisi. In full the Statistisi Functional Office in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and assigned in full in the Statistisi Functional Office, it is granted a Statistisi allowance every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Statistisi allowance as referred to in Article 2, is as set forth in the Annex of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
.,, (1) Statistisi improvement, as referred to in Article 3, is given as of 1 January 2006.

Section 5

Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of the Presidential Regulation, the Presidential Decree No. 19 of 2004 on the Statistisi Functional Office Allowance, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
