I. General.,, government regulation is intended to amend some of the provisions of the Government Regulation Number 24 of 2004 concerning the position of precedence and Finance Chairman and a member of the regional people's representative Council as amended by government regulation Number 37 in 2005. These changes in order to encourage improved performance of the regional House of representatives and for the adjustment of penganggarannya in the budget revenue and Spending Areas based on the Government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 58 in 2005 about the financial management area.

The magnitude of the benefits of intensive communication leadership and members of the DPRD Kabupaten/Kota and funds Operational leadership of the DPRD Kabupaten/Kota are not greater than that received by the Chairman and members of the Provincial PARLIAMENT.
