ARSIPARIS AND LIBRARIANS

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that the Civil Servant is appointed and charged in the Functional Office of the Arsiparis and Libraries, needs to be granted a functional office allowance that corresponds to the workload and responsibility of his work;
., b. that in respect of such a case in the letter a and in order to improve the welfare and productivity of the working civil servants concerned, it is necessary to regulate the Arsiparis Functional Office Allowance and Librarian by Regulation. President;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON ARSIPARIS FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCES AND LIBRARIANS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1. Arsiparis Functional Office Allowance, which is further referred to as the Arsiparis Allowance is a functional office allowance given to a Civil Service officer appointed and assigned in full in the Functional Office of Arsiparis. with the provisions of the laws.
., 2. The Functional Functional Office Allowance, which is next called the Librarian Allowance is a functional office allowance given to a Civil Service Officer appointed and assigned in full in the Functional Librarian's Office. in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To the civil servants appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of Arsiparis and Librarians, it is given Arsiparis and Librarian allowances each month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Arsiparis allowance and the Librarian as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in Annex I and Annex II of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 4
.,, (1) Arsiparis and Librarian improvements, as referred to in Article 3, are given as of 1 January 2006.
.,, (2) Since the start date of the allowance as referred to in paragraph (1), for Civil Servants who have received a functional office allowance based on the provisions of the laws, to him only be given the difference The shortcomings of Arsiparis and Librarian allowances are based on the President's Regulation with the extent of the functional office allowance that he has received until given the Arsiparis allowance and Librarian based on the President's Ordinance.
Section 5
Arsiparis and Librarian allowances are suspended if civil servants as referred to in Section 2, are appointed in structural or other functional positions or because of other things that result in the granting of alimony terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then:
., a., a. Presidential Decree No. 2 of 2003 on the Functional Office Allowance Arsiparis;
., b. President's decision No. 86 of 2003 on Functional Office Allowance Librarian;
revoked and declared not valid.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
