PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to strengthen the application structure of the Perseroan Company (Persero) The PT. Kraft Aceh paper, is seen as necessary to increase the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) The PT. Kraft Aceh paper;
., b. that the addition of the inclusion of the State's capital comes from the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 2006 as set forth in Law No. 14 of 2006 on Changes to the Act No. 13 of the Year 2005 on Budget and State Shopping of the 2006 Budget;
., c. that based on consideration as letter a and letter b, need to establish a Government Regulation on the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the Perseroan Enterprise Stock Capital (Persero). The PT. Kraft Aceh paper;

BAB I
THE COUNTRY ' S CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion in the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) The PT. The paper Kraft Aceh was established under Government Regulation No. 31 of 1982.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from the State Budget of Revenue and Spending Year of the Budget Year of 2006.
.,, (2) The value of the inclusion of a State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) as much as Rp100.000.000.00 (one hundred billion rupiah).

IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONS
THE COUNTRY ' S CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 3
Implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) The PT. The paper Kraft Aceh as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of Act Number 1 of 1995, with regard to the provisions set forth in Law No. 19 of 2003, Government Regulation No. 41 of 2003, Government Regulation No. 44 of 2005 as well as other laws.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions required for the implementation of the Regulation of the Government are governed by the Minister of Finance and the State Minister of the State of the State of the State of either sing-ourselves and together in accordance with their respective duties and authority.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
