Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to:
., 1. Doctor's functional office allowance, which is further referred to as the Doctor's Improvement is a functional office allowance given to a civil servant who is appointed and fully commissioned in the Doctor's Functional Office in accordance with the IBM Security Office. the provisions of the laws.
., 2. Dentists are assigned to a Functional Office Allowance given to a Functional Civil Servant, who is appointed and charged in the Functional Office of the Dentistry of the dentist. in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

The Pharmacist Functional Office Allowance, which is henceforth called the Apoteker Allowance is a functional office allowance given to the Civil Servants appointed and assigned in full in the Functional Office of the Apoteker in accordance with the terms of the IBM Security Service. with the provisions of the laws.

., 8. Sanitarian Functional Allowances, which are henceforth referred to as Sanitarian improvements, are the functional office allowances provided to the Civil Service appointed and in full use in the Sanitarian Functional Office (CP-PIs). in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
., 9. Health administrators can be used to help Client improve the performance of the Cloud Service, as well as the Client's internal and external data. Functional Health Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 3
The magnitude of the doctor's allowance, dentists, pharmacists, assistant pharmacists, medical labs, medical epidemiologists, health entomologists, sanitarians, health administrators, public health care, dentists, dentists, Bidan, and bidan. Section 4
.,, (1) Doctor ' s Allowance, Dentist, Pharmacist, Assistant Pharmacist, Health Laboratory Prenup, Health Epidemiologist, Health Entomologist, Sanitarian, Health Administrator, Public Health Care, Nurse Dental, Nutritionist, Bidan, Nurse, Radiographers, Medical Recorder, and Electrical Technicians as referred to in Article 3, were given the beginning of January 1, 2006.
.,, (2) Since the start date of the allowance as referred to in paragraph (1), for Civil Servants who have received a functional office allowance based on the provisions of the laws, to him only be given the difference Lack of benefits for doctors, dentists, pharmacists, assistant pharmacists, medical labs, medical epidemiologists, health entomologists, sanitarians, health administrators, public health care, dental nurses, nutrition nurses, and nutritionists. Section 5
Doctor's benefits, dentists, pharmacists, assistant pharmacists, medical labs, medical epidemiologists, health entomologists, sanitarians, health administrators, public health care, dentists, dentists, Bidan, and bidan. Nurse, Radiographer, Medical Recorder, and Electrical Engineer are terminated if the Civil Service is referred to in Article 2, appointed in a structural or other functional office or because of other things that result in giving allowance is terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, then:
a. President ' s 2000 Presidential Decree 2000 on Healthcare Improvement;

Presidential Decree No. 5 of 2004 on Functional Office Benefits Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Assistant Pharmacists, Health Laboratory Links, Health Epidemiologists, Health Entomologists, Sanitarians, Health Administrators, Reeds Public Health, Dentistry, Nutritionist, Bidan, Nurse, Radiographer, Medical Recorder, and Electromedical Technicians were revoked and declared to be unapplicable.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
