Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, which is referred to:
., 1. Member of the Indonesian National Police is a member of the Indonesian National Police in the Indonesian National Police.
., 2. Civil servants are the civil servants of the Indonesian National Police Environment.
., 3. A structural position is the position that indicates the duty, responsibility, authority, and right of a member of the Indonesian National Police and the Civil Service in order to lead an organizational unit in the State Police environment. Republic of Indonesia.
., 4. Structural Support is an allowance of money given to the Member of the Indonesian National Police and the Civil Service appointed in a structural position in the Indonesian National Police environment.

Section 2
To the members of the Indonesian National Police and Civil Service employees who are appointed in a structural position in the Indonesian National Police environment, are given a structural office allowance every month.
Section 3
The structural office allowance as referred to in Article 2 is given based on the established echelons of office in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
The magnitude of the structural office allowances as referred to in Article 2, is as set forth in the Annex of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 5
.,, (1) The improvement of structural office as referred to in Article 4, is given count starting on 1 January 2006.

Section 6

Section 8
With the enactment of the Presidential Regulation, the Presidential Decree No. 5 of 2003 on the Structural Office Allowance in the Indonesian National Police Environment, revoked and stated does not apply.
Section 9
