.,,, Menating: that in order to improve the performance of the Department of Finance, it is seen to change the Presidential Regulation No. 9 Year 2005 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organizations, and the State Ministry of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia as has been the last several times amended with the Presidential Regulation Number 90 of the Year 2006;

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE THIRD CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 9 OF 2005 ON THE POSITION, DUTY, FUNCTION, ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT AND WORK OF THE MINISTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

Article 139 of the letter d in Presidential Regulation No. 9 of 2005 on Occupation, Duty, Functions, Organizational Organisations and the State Ministry of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia which has been several times amended by the Presidential Regulation:
