ENACTMENT INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AGAINST DOPING IN SPORT
(THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AGAINST DOPING IN SPORT)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Paris, France, on 19 October 2005, the International Convention Against Doping in Sport (International Convention on Doping in Sports), as a result of a UNESCO meeting in its 33rd session;
., b. that in respect of that, it needs to pass the Convention to the President ' s Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945;
., 2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
., 3. Law No. 10 Year 2004 on the Establishment of the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia (2004) No. 53, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4389);
., 4. Law No. 3 Year 2005 on National Sports System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 89, Extra sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 4535);

.,, STIPULATING: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSING OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AGAINST DOPING IN SPORT (THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION AGAINST DOPING IN SPORT).
Section 1
Authorized
International Convention Against Doping in Sport (International Convention Against Doping in Sports) which is originally in English and translated into Indonesian as attached and is a part of the International Convention against Doping in Sport. which is inseparable from this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the interpretation of the translation of the Convention in Indonesian with the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original text is in English.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
